Where is a good decoding of the natal chart. How to make a natal chart yourself: the basic principle and its decoding

Astrology is the science that studies the interactions between the planets, stars and personal qualities person. With the help of a natal chart, one can explain the nature of a person and make a forecast of his future. Learn how to read a natal chart to gain valuable information about yourself.

Steps

Part 1

Learn your zodiac sign

    Find your zodiac sign. The outer ring of the zodiac chart is divided into 12 houses. One of them includes your date of birth. The section that contains your date of birth determines your zodiac sign. There are 12 signs of the zodiac, and each of them reveals different character traits. Determine the sector you belong to to find out your sign.

    Find out the meaning of your zodiac sign. Astrologers say that the sign of the Zodiac affects the personal qualities of a person. For example, a person from the air element is a passionate, lively, ambitious and sociable person. Any Internet user can find data on the Internet about the features of his character in accordance with the zodiac sign. In addition, you can purchase a book about the zodiac signs online or at a bookstore, or borrow it from the library. Such literature will help you better know yourself, based on your personal zodiac sign.

    Understand what influences correct interpretation your zodiac sign. It should be borne in mind that the sign of the Zodiac is only a small component of the natal chart. For its correct interpretation, many nuances must be taken into account. Full transcript natal chart involves taking into account all other components, such as houses and planets. This information depends on where and when you were born.

    Part 2

    Interpret at home
    1. Find an ascendant. The ascendant is a very important part of the natal chart and rises on the eastern horizon at the time of your birth. rising sign will allow you to find out the location of houses on your map.

      Familiarize yourself with the first six houses. Each house indicates a different aspect of a person's life. Your natal chart is influenced by the sign that rules this or that house.

    2. Learn about the last six houses. In addition to those already listed, there are six more houses. To decipher the natal chart, it is necessary to determine the location of houses, as well as calculate the planets and zodiac signs that dominate them.

      Part 3

      Uncover the meaning of the planets
      1. Determine the location of the planets. The planets that pass through different houses of your chart affect its decoding. They are presented in the form of different symbols and scattered throughout the map.

        • The sun is depicted as a circle with a dot in the center. The moon has a crescent-shaped crescent.
        • Venus is the female symbol and Mars is the male. Mercury is represented in the form of a male symbol, but with two small lines projecting from the top circle.
        • Jupiter is represented as a symbol that resembles the number 4, and Saturn is the number 5.
        • The symbols of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto have rather intricate configurations. Uranus looks like an inverted female symbol with four lines, two on each side, that curve outward in the opposite direction. Neptune looks like an inverted cross with two lines on each side that curve upward. Pluto is a kind of combination of Neptune and Uranus. It is a female symbol pointing upwards, with two lines on each side that curl upwards.

How to read a horoscope, how to reach the “main message of a horoscope” in analysis, which makes it complete, tells about a person and answers questions about him? There are certain schemes for reading the natal chart, but no scheme and no analysis plan will give a synthesis of various indicators. Synthesize information should be the one who reads this card. I wrote more about this in the article.And now I offer readers one of the lectures by Evgeny Kolesov (Het Monster), in which an attempt was made to find an algorithm for working with, the very “plan” that can help approach a holistic understanding of the map.

* * *

This lecture is devoted to a simple but important question: how to read a map or, more precisely, how to read it in such a way as to understand the main thing? This question arises not only for novice astrologers - it happens that an experienced specialist, putting someone's natal chart in front of him, suddenly stops in deep thought.

Why is the map "unreadable"? There can be many reasons for this. Well, with beginners it is clear - there is no experience. In addition, an astrologer can fall ill, he can make a mistake in calculations - it is clear that neither temperature nor an incorrect map contributes to penetration into inner world querent. It may be that the owner of the horoscope does not want others to know anything about him. Or, finally, today is just not a good day - how many of you check the current position of the planets before sitting down to work?

But today we will not talk about that. Our task this time is simpler and more specific: to build a certain algorithm for reading a natal chart, to compile a list of operations, after performing which, the astrologer will be able to say to himself: I did everything I could - at least today. And here it doesn’t matter whether you work with a computer or draw by hand: the main thing is to establish a procedure, as a result of which you will learn the most important, basic, which determines the personality of the client, his main problem(Problems). Everything else can be found out later - or not found out at all, especially if you were contacted with a specific question.

It is clear, of course, that there are options here too: each astrologer has his own methods. He got used to them, and they got used to him. You, too, in principle, can start with whatever you want, especially since there is no general recipe for all cases and cannot be. We will not offer such a recipe, but we will start with the simplest:

Sun and moon

First of all, we calculate and look at the two most important figures, two luminaries: the Sun and. We apply it to the cosmogram and analyze only them so far. In putting on the map not all that is possible at once, but only some of the figures deep meaning. This is how our German colleague, astrologer Heidi Trayer, teaches her students. You can, of course, immediately draw everything that you can (and get confused), but you try to “squeeze” the maximum information out of the Sun and Moon alone!

If the Sun and the Moon fall into one sign, then the sign is underlined, its qualities are manifested more strongly than others. This is good for the person himself, but rather not very good for those around him: innate qualities, moreover, “everything is on the list”, both bad and good, are reinforced by the ability to realize them, which is what happens.

If they are in different signs, we check the aspects: according to the Indian system - sign to sign (regardless of longitude, simply: the Sun in Scorpio, the Moon in Aquarius - quadrature; the Sun in Pisces, the Moon in Cancer - a trine, etc.), and then according to the European ( including degrees).

The implications of this are obvious. We will only clarify that the quadrature of the Sun-Moon (according to signs) spoils the character, but improves business qualities, while the trigon is the opposite.

The same aspects in the European system (in degrees, with an orb up to 5) can worsen (square) or improve (trigon) both together. The sextile (both in sign and in degrees) gives a more balanced, neutral combination. However, all this should be checked for other parameters.

When connecting or opposing the Moon and the Sun to each other, you should pay attention to the nodes (Rahu and Ketu): if one of them is somewhere nearby, i.e. man was born under the sun or moon eclipse, this also makes the horoscope "problematic", and life - full of change and adventure.

Here we can also recall the difference between the lunar and solar signs: Aries according to the Sun (or Taurus, Gemini, and so on) is not at all like the lunar Aries. This is pointed out, in particular, by our other German colleague, Ernst Ott. In general, we can say that Aries according to the Sun is quite consistent with our ideas about this sign of the Zodiac, its qualities are manifested "weightily, rudely, visibly." In lunar Aries, the same qualities either manifest themselves much more subtle, especially if it is a highly developed nature, or they are replaced by others from the general “Aries list” - most often, alas, less attractive if the level of development is low.

Descriptions of solar Aries and other signs can be found in the literature; I will bring brief characteristics moon signs. They deliberately emphasize the "negative" in order to immediately point out the problems that we may have to face in further analysis of the map:

Moon in Aries: a person is energetic, but energy is too often spent "for the wrong thing" or wasted.

Moon in Taurus : wealth and well-being, which can be lost due to one wrong decision.

Moon in Gemini : a person who is constantly overcome by doubts and is able to blurt out too much.

Moon in Cancer: solidity in everything down to the smallest detail, but lack of imagination and inner freedom.

Moon in Leo : gifted nature, but undisciplined, which prevents success.

Moon in Virgo: a golden man, but committed to at least one "superidea", which alarms others.

Moon in Libra : an excess of fantasy and excessive sociability, often leading to conflicts.

Moon in Scorpio : a brilliant professional in his field, but otherwise inclined to go to extremes.

Moon in Sagittarius : an unwitting source of contention in any group, starting with the parental family.

Moon in Capricorn: a philosopher to whom his philosophy seems more reliable support than the whole world around.

Moon in Aquarius : wanderer: having found a spiritual refuge, he loses his physical, and vice versa.

Moon in Pisces : a person who goes with the flow and therefore regularly “sails” into a dead end, or even into a network.

Cusp Moon (within 2-3 degrees from the border of the sign) can mean a tendency to abandon or let go of an already established business because of a passion for a new one; it is clear that in this case a person runs a great risk of failing in both.

Ascendant

Sun, Moon and - the three most important points of the natal chart. I singled out the first two, because, firstly, they are always on the map and it is difficult to make a mistake in their calculation, and the exact time is not always known; secondly, the ascendant is generally a relative concept, since a person can move, and the picture is instantly blurred, and in this case, establishing the truth (rectifying the map) is far from being as easy as it seems at first glance, because the point restored “according to events” , may not be a natal ascendant.

But we will assume that we have an ascendant. Let's put it on the map and first of all check its relationship with the Sun and the Moon.If all three figures fall into one sign, this is again a problematic case: such a “textbook” Aries, Gemini or Capricorn, not to mention water signs, is able to keep his environment in a state of stress for years. However, for himself this is just not bad, and, having given full rein to his aspirations, he can become the president of some big company or even states.

If the Sun is close to ASC, the solar qualities of the sign are emphasized, if the Moon is lunar. If the Sun and Moon are together in one sign (A), and ASC in another (B), you are dealing with a person who looks or wants to be (B), but turns out to be (A); This is what upsets him the most.

It is best when all these three figures fall into the signs of different ones: this gives openness, impartiality of perception and sufficient flexibility (adaptability) in communicating with others. The location of the Sun, Moon and ASC in the signs of the same element is not bad in itself, but the flexibility and ability to communicate are reduced.

Otherwise, the "severity of the elements", which beginners are often fond of, does not play a special role in the modern Western horoscope. In any case, it does not help to understand everyday situations, and it is with them that they turn to us most often. Another thing is if a person is interested in his occult abilities and perspectives. spiritual development. However, even here, in my opinion, the five Chinese elements work better than the four Western ones...

Septener planets

Now let's arrange the rest of the "classical" planets - Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn.First, let's check if there are any planets on the ascendant, i.e. three to five degrees away. Such a planet determines a lot in human life, the motives of behavior at least, and often the occupation, and regardless of whether it formally falls into the XII house or the I.

Then - just in case! - check the position of the ASC ruler. Its position is important for health and longevity, and, in addition, here, as if with one stroke, the main dominant of the personality is outlined, main feature character, life trend. Examples from practice:

ASC in Sagittarius, ruler Jupiter in the last degrees of Cancer (“leaves” Cancer): a person misses brilliant chances all his life. Cancer is the VIII house, which threatens with diseases, and possibly death from excesses (overeating, etc.).

ASC in Leo, the ruler of the Sun in Cancer in the XII house is an eternal experimenter, a troublemaker: “And if the lever is to the left, and the right pedal?” All life zigzag, somehow across the flow. Honest, smart (Doctor of Science), but they are afraid of him: where will he be taken again next time?

Next, you can check the dignity of the planets - your home (abode), exaltation (elevation), fall and exile (captivity). This topic is quite extensive, we only note the old Indian rule about the planets “in their own house”: a person who has all seven planets in their sign (the Sun in Leo, the Moon in Cancer, etc.), the Indians said, is equal to a raja, that is, in our opinion, a lucky man or, perhaps, a saint. This is rare (I have not seen it), but three or four planets in their signs come across quite often.

Such people are really lucky in life (although they themselves do not think so). And their abilities are excellent, although not necessarily occult. I know several people with this configuration already long years and I can say about them in the words of the writer Valery Popov: "life is good."

But this, of course, does not free from problems. They also had unhappy love, and broken marriages, and serious illnesses of relatives. If you think philosophically, then maybe this is the price for "chosenness". However, each of these “semi-rajas” is an excellent specialist in his field and a sincere and cordial person. Time has shown that they really are doing well and better than many. The task of an astrologer in working with such people is to support them in moments of doubt, which come quite often: don't worry, everything will work out! Fate is favorable to you.

Then you can check the combinations of planets according to the figures of Mark Jones, Pavel Globa or Bruno Huber (“tent”, “iodine”, “sail”, etc.). In general, you can use any methods convenient for you along the way, as long as they do not obscure the main thing.

Particular attention in the analysis of the Septener planets should be paid to stelliums.

Stelliums

Any stellium, that is, the accumulation of three or more planets in one place, and if interpreted broadly, then in general in one sign or house, means an increase in the abilities or functions associated with a given axis (pair) of houses and signs (for example, Aries- Libra, II-VIII houses, etc.), as a counterweight to which a person may develop diseases along the same axis.

Stellar opposition, i.e. the presence of two or three planets in both signs or houses of the axis gives an increase in abilities along this axis not at the expense of health, but due to a weakening of functions along all other axes. I know one person, he is a brilliant doctor and a jack of all trades, but he drank (and drinks) for three, but oh family life better not to spread. He just has a similar opposition.

Well, it is desirable, of course, to quickly check for injuries: are there planets in the XII house from the Sun and / or from ASC? If there is, look for accidents, operations, conflicts (or, as they say now, “showdowns”).

Transsaturnian planets

Then you can arrange in the cosmogram the last three of the officially recognized planets -, and. These are the planets of generations that determine life positions, the “settings” of the whole age group, or indicators of the ways of spiritual work: in the ordinary, eventful plan, there is nothing to expect from them. They can paint some event in certain tones, coinciding, for example, with the Sun or Mars, but without the Sun or Mars, the event simply does not occur.

Therefore, it is worth moving on to a careful analysis of these planets only if you were asked (or you yourself thought) about the possibilities spiritual growth querent. The development of occult abilities, their application, the timing and direction of this development are determined by the transsaturn ones (their position in houses and signs, aspects, transits and other progressive movements).

In combination with other planets, they help to clarify, differentiate the influence of the latter (Mars-Uranus, Mars-Neptune and Mars-Pluto - all these are injuries, but the injuries are different, etc.). By themselves, they influence, and very strongly influence events only in the mundane charts, i.e. horoscopes of countries, cities, large communities.

Combinations of transsaturn planets with the rest, described in many books (“aspects of magicians”, etc.), speak of occult abilities. Without going into details and controversy, we note that all such aspects testify to the presence of such abilities, only different ones. In other words, everyone has abilities; another thing is that not everyone develops them, and not everyone needs it. Our task here is to establish what these abilities are and how best to develop them, if a person has set himself such a goal. And in this we can be of great help to aspects.

The zodiac sign makes up only 50% of your personality. The remaining 50% cannot be learned by reading general horoscopes. Need to compose individual horoscope. Today, many people and Internet services provide such a service for money. I will teach you to do it yourself and absolutely free of charge, so that you will soon do it yourself. you can earn on it. But this is not the most basic advantage of knowing astrology. First of all, it will allow you to become practically a psychic: it will help you to know yourself and others more deeply, to understand your psychological problems, find out your life calling, arrange your personal life, predict the future and answer the questions:
About love:
- What will my husband (wife) be like?
- Where will we meet?
- When will I get married?
- What is the best date for the wedding?
Why am I unlucky personal life and how can this be changed? Do I have the Crown of Celibacy?
About children:
- How many children will I have?
What kind of relationship will I have with them?
- When is the best time to give birth?
- Will I have problems with pregnancy? Am I barren?
What is the best way to raise my child?
About money:
- Will I get rich in this life and how to achieve this?
- In what area of activity will financial success await me?
- What will be the dollar rate in a week? ( yes, yes there is a section of financial astrology (see, which can predict Forex, many astrologers got rich this way)
About career:
- In which direction should I develop?
- What are my talents and abilities?
- What is stopping me from building a career?
About Compatibility:
- Do I like this person?
- Can I trust him with money?
- Are we sexually compatible?
- Will I marry this man?
- What qualities in me irritate him and how to deal with this irritation?
- Is it a reliable partner for me?
- Does my partner have a violent inclination?
Is love possible between us?
- Why do I have such a relationship with my parents?
About health:
- What diseases can threaten me in this life?
- Which treatments are most effective for me?
- When is the best time to have surgery?
- What should be feared?
- How long will I live?
Other:
- What is my karmic task and how to realize it?
- What awaits me tomorrow?
- Where to find lost thing?
- Is it worth it to start this business and what will be the result?
and many many others.
But in order for you to be able to answer all these questions over time, I will need your maximum patience and attentiveness.

To make an individual horoscope, it is enough to know date, time And city of birth person. Based on this data, a publicly available computer program will build a Natal Chart. The natal chart is the basis of any horoscope. The basis of the Natal Chart is the Zodiac Circle and the symbols on it, denoting the planets and signs of the zodiac. Learn these symbols by heart:
figure 1.1.

To better understand what is a natal chart, let's imagine the Solar System as a circle (pizza - top view). As you remember from the school geometry course, the circle = 360 degrees. Let's divide it into 12 equal sectors (30 degrees each) and assign each sector to one of the 12 zodiac signs. This is the zodiac circle. The sequence of signs on the circle does not change, that is, after the Aries sector, there is always the Pisces sector, after Pisces, Aquarius, and so on.
IN solar system 8 planets (not counting ours), the Sun, the Moon and other celestial bodies. Each of them has a certain influence on the Earth, and therefore on its inhabitants. The closer the planet, the stronger the influence. The strength and sphere of influence also depends on the astronomical (physical) data of the planet. All the planets are constantly moving around the Solar System, and therefore around our circumference, shaking from sign to sign (sector to sector). The farther the planet is from the Sun, the slower it moves, therefore the slower it moves around the Zodiac circle. Depending on its position (in one or another Sign of the Zodiac) relative to the Earth, the planet can increase, decrease or completely lose its influence on people and their lives. These provisions are repeated, therefore, to facilitate the interpretation of the influence of the planets in them, the Zodiac Circle, the Signs of the Zodiac, and then the Natal Chart were invented.
The word Natal comes from the Latin Natalis - birth. A natal chart is drawn up at the time of a person's birth in order to determine his character, capabilities, talents, life prospects and tasks, as well as the difficulties that he will face in this reincarnation.
Choose here http://sotis-online.ru/ under the heading "Standard card" A single card. On the page that opens, enter your date, time (seconds optional) and city of birth. Click "calculate" and see what your Natal Chart looks like.
figure 1.2.

Components of the Natal Chart which will be taken into account when deciphering the symbols (see Fig. 1.1) and compiling an Individual Horoscope:

  • Planets in the Signs of the Zodiac. The natal chart shows in what degree of which sign of the zodiac at the time of your birth this or that planet was located. The correct interpretation and comparison (synthesis) of all these provisions, which we will learn in subsequent chapters, will give you answers to all the above questions. The sign in which the Sun fell on the map (see Figure 1.2) gives you the main qualities of character - this is actually your main Zodiac Sign. The signs in which other planets have fallen no less affect different areas your life and character. For which sphere this or that planet is responsible, we will consider in the next chapter.
  • Aspects of the planets. On the map you see black and red lines (see Figure 1.2) - these are the so-called aspects, they show how and at what angle the planets influenced each other at the time of your birth, they also have great importance when making a horoscope. I will talk about them in the third chapter.
  • Horoscope houses. Another component of the Natal Chart is the houses, indicated by Roman numerals on the outside of the circle (see Figure 1.2). There are 12 of them, like signs, they also do not change their sequence, and just like the planets, each house has its own sphere of influence. AS, DS, MC, IC are the most basic (angular) houses of the horoscope (1st, 7th, 10th and 4th respectively). More about it in the fourth chapter.
  • Degrees of planets and houses. They show how much this or that planet or house is "mired" in this or that Sign of the Zodiac. If the planet turned out to be close to the border of signs, then the properties of both of these signs will be taken into account.
  • The direction of the planet's orbit. It is usually direct (correct), but sometimes it can become retrograde(reverse, reverse). The main qualities of the planet, the element and the sign that it will patronize at this stage of its movement depend on this. I will just tell about this in the next chapter.
If you do not know the time of birth, such a kata will be called cosmogram and is considered not quite complete, since it does not take into account the influence of houses. In more detail, why a map without houses is considered inferior, I will tell in the fourth chapter.

The natal chart has great value in the process of making a horoscope. What is it and how is it decoded? You can learn about this and much more from this material.

What is a natal chart

The natal chart acts as a map of the birth of a particular person. This is a scheme that depicts in the form of symbols the state of the Cosmos that took place at the time of the birth of a particular person. The natal chart in most cases contains images of the celestial sphere, as well as luminaries with planets, oriented along the earth's horizon in a specific way.

To build a natal birth, an astrology expert needs data on the time and place of a person's birth. As a rule, the place of birth is always exactly known, and the main difficulties may arise with determining the exact time of birth. Why do experts in astrology put forward such high demands regarding the exact time of birth?

From the point of view of astrology, each time period is unique, the cards of the birth of people that tell about the personal characteristics and fate of the person under study are also unique. And the more reliably they know the time of birth, the more fully Natal chart reflects the human individuality of each person and the more detailed information can be obtained from it.

How to read a person's natal horoscope

Moment 1. Elements with temperament. Before you start analyzing planets with signs, the main and weak elements in the horoscope must be determined. You can learn about the temperament of a person by air, water, earth and fire energies. The elements will tell about the main background of the personality, against which the unfolding of significant events will take place.

To make it clearer, you can imagine that you have begun to create a picture. Then the planets with the signs of the Zodiac will act as the personification of sketches and first sketches. And the temperament will be manifested in the form of a background.

Moment 2. Sun, Moon and Ascendant. After determining the main background of the horoscope, one can begin to analyze the significant functions of the mental and spiritual components.

Sun is the core, the personal center and the true essence of life, for which a person is born in this world. Exactly solar sign has a strong influence on astrological predictions. For example, the Sun in the sign of Taurus symbolizes beauty, matter, finance, practicality and simplicity. The sun personifies the force that provides the fullness of the world, the force that makes you get up every day in the morning and brings happiness and success.

Moon acts as a center of mental energy, perception of the world, as well as a point of inner comfort. The moon affects the basic needs of a person, how he changes, and also affects the ability to adapt to various life circumstances.

Ascendant- will tell about your manifestation in the Universe. Talk about features physical body, as well as the perception of you by others, the material embodiment of the soul. By analyzing the Ascendant, one can learn about the social and earthly tasks of the individual.

Moment 3. Collection of map details.

The next step will be to add psychological portrait personal planets, from which you can get information about various functions and tasks:

  • Mercury - tells about your way of thinking, ability to learn, work with the flow of information. He is also responsible for communication, commercial acumen, everyday issues, logic or creativity.
  • Venus - is associated with the manifestation of love, the sensual sphere, is a point of pleasure and attractiveness, for men it symbolizes the image of his beloved. Acts as a significator of marital relations. This also includes the area of pocket money, easy income and spending, and also art and creativity.
  • Mars - personifies aggressive energy, a method of dealing with difficulties, problems, defending one's life position and line of conduct in conflicts. It also tells about the beginning of various cases in general.

It must be remembered that in addition to the main characteristic of the planet in the sign, aspects that make significant additions to the existing characteristic are also of great importance. So, for example, Mars in Aries makes a person passionate, quick-tempered and hot. But the presence of a square from Saturn will help to cool it down a bit, make it more systematized and sustained.

Moment 4. Identifying problem areas. Almost any horoscope has its weak points: affected planets, problematic Houses and various tense moments. Often this becomes the cause of difficulties and misunderstanding in the process of interpreting the natal horoscope, when everything turns out just fine in one issue, and problems arise in another.

We can talk about the defeat of planets in the following cases:

  • tense aspects prevail;
  • are in the signs of exile and fall;
  • burned by the sun;
  • associated with Lilith and evil stars.

The presence of tense areas in the map provokes various problems, blocks and complexes with which a person will be forced to cope.

Moment 5. Event plan. Many are alarmed by the process of deciphering the natal chart precisely because of the difficulties of the transition to certain life events. At this point, even astrologers with extensive experience are often confused.

Responsibility for the plan of events lies with the Houses or sectors of the map. If you explain it differently, the Houses will show where a person will need to influence this or that planet with the help of certain circumstances. For example, finding Mars in the 8th house will tell about conflicts on material grounds.

To correctly interpret the horoscope, it is important to evaluate the following points:

  • steward - responsible in general for a particular area.

life, through which the realization of the House takes place;

  • cusp - provides a characteristic;
  • planets in the inner plan - they will tell about powerful positive or negative factors that affect the state of affairs in the House.

Summarize:

  • for the sphere of money and finance - the planet Venus and the 2nd and 8th Houses are responsible;
  • for career and work - the planets Jupiter with Saturn, as well as 6 and 10 Houses;
  • the Moon with Venus, as well as 4, 5 and 7 Houses are responsible for the love-family sphere;
  • for the sphere of health - the planets Moon with the Sun, and houses 1, 6 and 8;
  • for the ability to learn - the planet Mercury and the 3rd and 9th Houses are responsible;
  • and the issues of karma and spiritual self-improvement are under the responsibility of the planet Jupiter, the Lunar Nodes and the 1st house.

I would like to believe that now you understand how the decoding of the natal chart should take place. In conclusion, we offer you a short plan according to which this procedure should take place:

  • first, temperament is determined with the element of man;
  • then they analyze the Sun, Moon and Ascendant;
  • after that, a psychological portrait is created;
  • in the end, the diagnosis of weak points in the horoscope is performed.

We hope that this article was informative for you and helped you get all the information you need about the natal chart. In any case, if you want to draw up your natal chart, we advise you to seek help from a professional astrologer. After all, only an expert can, having carried out the calculation and compiled the appropriate natal horoscope find out all the features of your personality.

To study and interpret the natal chart, it is very important to have a method and follow it scrupulously. When you look at all the elements and information on hand, you have the right to ask yourself the question: in what direction to move further in your research and how to draw conclusions?

We offer an original method that will serve as a guiding thread in the interpretation of the natal chart. In order to understand and convey the meaning of what is written in the zodiac of the natal chart, it is first necessary to draw up a plan, and then master the principles that it contains. But it is necessary to consider them as something living and interconnected. For example, it is not enough to understand that a person can be a victim of this or that shortcoming, if you observe his natal chart. We must understand the following:

  • Why does a person have this or that disadvantage?
  • Why does this, and not any other, defect appear in his chart?
  • What are its causes and origins?
  • What does it serve for, how is it used to structure such a personality?
  • What can a person do to get rid of this deficiency?

At first, this may seem difficult, especially if you approach the study of the natal chart from the point of view of prediction, that is, you are driven by curiosity, a desire to know your future or your loved ones. You must accept the fact that in astrology nothing can be predicted for a person if we do not know and understand what he is. Predictions are nothing more than perspectives and predictions for people living in the same context and sharing common concerns. But each of them will live the events in his own way or perceive the circumstances that he will be hinted at.

Let's take into account that we can make some forecast for a certain person, given that it will be probabilistic, and not fatal. Therefore, it is very important to approach the study of the natal chart from the point of view of self-knowledge. It is necessary to see where and what events, circumstances and situations in our life are the result of our behavior, choice of actions. To do this, begin to study all the elements listed in the natal chart that interest you, revealing one by one. Do it analytically first, before you learn how to synthesize.

Build a natal chart

This method is based primarily on the analysis of the natal chart. First you need to write down one by one all the elements listed in the natal chart of the person you are interested in, combining them into categories.

In order to show this method in practice, we turn to the natal chart, which we used as an example of calculation and compilation.

Mark the heavenly bodies in the signs. This first step may seem useless, since you already wrote down the heavenly bodies in signs in your notebook as you calculated. In the meantime, we recommend opening a new page and restoring this list, not forgetting to mark the retrograde celestial bodies with the letter R.

Mark the heavenly bodies in the Houses. Do the same with the heavenly bodies in the Houses. Then make the list again.

Mark the Houses in the signs. Each House of the natal chart is located in one or more signs of the zodiac. Do new list. If the House exceeds two or three signs, write that down as well.

Note the aspects that shape the heavenly bodies

In the previous sheet, we recommended drawing aspects based on the ascendant, so as not to forget about it. To compile an interpretation, it is necessary to note the aspects, based on the aspects of the Sun and following chronological order celestial bodies: Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. If you have already noted an aspect once, then do not write it down a second time.

For example, if the trine Venus - Mars is already fixed, then you do not mark it when you write down the aspects of Mars.

Note the positions of fictitious points in signs, houses and their aspects. Rather, we did not teach you to draw aspects between fictitious points and celestial bodies in order to avoid overloading the zodiac of the natal chart and sowing confusion in your mind.

But you must take them into account in your research - they will be very useful in clarifying the interpretation of a person's natal chart. So make a list of them.

Note the positions of the heavenly bodies and the fictitious points in the decans. Write down in which decan each of the 10 celestial bodies and 3 fictitious points of the studied natal chart is located. For the axis of the lunar nodes, it is necessary to take into account the position of the North Node as well as the South Node. In our example, the North Node is in the third decan of Cancer and the South Node is in the third decan of Capricorn.

Mark the rulers of each of the 12 Houses.

In the cusp of each of the Houses in the sign, determine one or more rulers of this sign, as well as the rulers of the discussed House of the natal chart. They will also be useful in interpreting a person's birth chart.

Thus, you have complete list elements recorded in the natal chart that needs to be interpreted.
