What products are needed:

  • Half a kilo of minced chicken (or two breasts);

  • 1-2 carrots – 120 g;

  1. Pour the milk into a bowl, add salt, baking powder and sugar to it, mix everything until dissolved;

  • 210 ml milk;
  • 2 pinches of salt;

  • 60 ml vegetable oil.

Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes.

  1. Grind the cheese into small pieces;

  • The first step is to pour the bran with slightly warm milk. They should swell a little so that the hard structure is not felt at all in baked goods.
  • We wash the chicken.

If you got the whole breast, then you first need to cut the meat from the bones and remove the skin - for the recipe we only need the fillet.

  • Grind the poultry fillet in a blender or using a meat grinder. You can achieve the consistency of puree according to your taste, but you can leave small pieces so that they can be felt in the structure of the muffins.
  • Separate the yolks from the whites. We send the yolks to the minced meat, and transfer the whites to a separate dry bowl.
  • Using a whisk or mixer, beat the egg whites until thick white foam appears. The volume of proteins will increase approximately 2 times.
  • Mix chicken, yolks and milk with bran. Salt and pepper to taste.
