Using this recipe, you can prepare meat muffins from ready-made minced chicken, or cut, boil and chop the breasts yourself, then mix with additional ingredients. You will also need vegetables from the products: onions, carrots, herbs, garlic, zucchini. The composition of vegetables can be changed according to your own taste. If the recipe uses ground chicken, the cooking time will be only ten minutes. The specified amount of products yields about a kilogram of snacks.

What products are needed:

  • Half a kilo of minced chicken (or two breasts);
  • Average zucchini – about 220 g;
  • 1-2 carrots – 120 g;
  • Average onion – about 100 g;
  • Sunflower + olive oil – only 20 g;
