You may have to review and respond to dozens of identical emails every day. To avoid having to write your answers anew each time, use the “Answer Templates” button in the Settings > Laboratory section. Next time you write a template reply, mark it accordingly and you can send the same reply over and over again.

Don't torture the mouse

Give your mouse a rest - use shortcut keys. Some of them are active by default. If you want to learn more about them, take a look at Settings > General and turn on “Shortcut Keys”. Then press the "?" on keyboard. A table of all shortcut key combinations for working with mail will pop up on the screen.

Stop monitoring other email services

In Settings > Accounts & Import, select Add your POP3 email account. After this, Gmail will automatically receive emails from your other accounts. Use the Send Email As feature to send an email from one of your addresses.

Let's briefly consider what should be written in each field:

  • What is your name - here indicate your real first and last name, because this box will most likely be your main one.
  • Come up with a username - this is the name of your mailbox and login to log into your account. Choose a name that you can easily remember. Names such as ivan, alex, irina are already taken. The system will tell you whether the name is taken or free. To create a name, you can use letters of the Latin alphabet, numbers and dots.
  • Create a password - the password can contain both letters and numbers, and must have a minimum of 8 characters. The system will prompt you whether you have created an easy or complex password.
  • Confirm password – in this line, repeat your password that you created.

  • Mobile phone number (optional).
  • Backup email address (optional).
  • Date of Birth.

How to install Russian language in gmail

Interface Google account, can be changed to any language. If you have installed English language, then you can change it to Russian without any problems. In your account, click the Settings button (located in the upper right corner)
