Mod for secret doors in minecraft. Secret Rooms - secret rooms and hidden doors

Secret Rooms Mod for Minecraft 1.10.2, 1.10, 1.9.4, 1.9, 1.8.9, 1.8, 1.7.10 – website

Secret Rooms Mod provides you a dozen of methods to camourflage or cover up your the gate to your hideaways or stash.From invisible switches to hidden-in-plain-site trap doors, your secret will be carefully kept from curious intruders.

One of the key item for your items to be kept carefully is the Camourflage Paste. Combine this with items from the game and hide your base, your loot, or whatever in between.

The torch lever is one of the classic hidden switch. It looks like a normal torch but truly acts like a lever. As it’s so simple and convenient to craft and use, it’s perfect for hiding passage, be it behind a fireplace, waterfall, or just the bookcase.

The next solution to hide your secret is the Secret Lever (Secret Button). It’s a bit more complicated than the Torch Lever. It is seen with blocks around but will act as either a lever or button. That's why you need to remember the place you put it.

The Camo Trapdoor is a wonderful item to combine with the security items above. It will work like a normal trapdoor but will look like surrounding blocks and sits flush with the floor or ceiling. This is not a bad idea to hide your passages without the need of a revealing entrance. You can also use it to hide traps for your enemies. This would work well with the Secret Pressure-Plate so an unsuspecting victim activates it without knowing.

The Secret Wooden/Iron Door camouflages doors to their surrounding blocks. It will function well if you are about to disguise actual entrance to your lair like in the side of a mountain. Wooden doors will still be clickable as usual and iron doors still need a redstone current to open.

And the most frequently used item – the Secret Chest. It fits with the surrounding and camourflage. Your treasure will be precisely kept in there. Therefore, in case there are some people somehow find out about the secret room, at least you can hide your items within the room itself.

The Secret Rooms mod adds interesting blocks to Minecraft that disguise themselves as the world. At first glance, they are not very useful, but in fact, all these blocks have very necessary functionality. With them you can easily hide your diamonds or punish thieves. Secret rooms, hidden doors, blocks, invisible pressure plates, levers, etc. Special attention worth paying attention to the ghost block. Essentially, it is a visible block and everyone can see it, but everyone can also pass through it. It is perfect for making cruel and scary traps. Make a floor out of these blocks, and place a pit filled with lava underneath it. But the main feature of the mod can be called Camouflage Paste. Mix it with any other block and you can hide anything, from doors to valuables.

The torch lever can be called a classic hidden switch. It looks like a torch, but works like a lever. It can be used to hide passages to hidden places, behind a fireplace, a waterfall or a bookshelf.

You can install a camouflaged trap door that will be impossible to distinguish from the surrounding walls or floor. And there you can place lava, hostile mobs or something else, so that anyone who falls through there understands that it is better not to go there. And if you combine this whole thing with a secret plate (Secret Pressure-Plate), which your enemies will press without knowing it.

In the Secret Rooms fashion there are also hidden, secret doors camouflaged to look like a wall, ground, mountainside, etc. Such a door perfectly hides the entrance to your house or somewhere else. It is impossible to distinguish it and find it just like that. Such a door can be wooden, which will open simply by clicking, or iron, which requires redstone.

Textures Camouflage Doors for Minecraft PE is one of the most interesting add-ons for the game; with its help you can diversify the gameplay, despite the fact that this add-on has only one main use.

Everything is very simple here, the doors are changed to the textures of standard blocks that exist in the game, that is, it turns out that you can disguise your house by installing a door whose textures coincide with the textures of the blocks from which the shelter was built.

It looks very cool, there is a screenshot below, take a look at it, and it really is indistinguishable from standard blocks. The door will occupy 2 blocks and open like a regular one. But it is so difficult to detect, so build yourself houses in completely unusual places and install secret doors so that only you can get into it.

If you have a server, then you should definitely install the Camouflage Doors textures, since many players will like it and everyone will design a unique bunker for themselves. The main thing is, don’t get confused yourself, and don’t forget the location of your house, otherwise no one will find it, unless by accident.

New textures add a bit of magic to the game, because only in films and computer games we saw such secret, very well disguised secret doors, gates and so on. But despite all the changes, these are the same doors as before, which means enemy mobs will be able to open them, because in their eyes they are still the same standard doors.

And lastly, full list changes:
1. The iron door now has an andesite coloring;
2. The oak door now has an earth color;
3. And the door, painted cobblestone, was once birch;
4. The same can be said about the spruce door - it now also has a cobblestone texture;
5. Dark oak has the color of granite;
6. The acacia door is now stone;
7. And the door of the tropical tree is now sandy;

Installation:
1. Download textures with the extension .mcpack
2. Go to the place through any file manager (ES Explorer) where it was downloaded and click on it.
3. After clicking on the texture file, the game should open
4. Go to the game settings and connect the installed textures

Textures Camouflage Doors completely change the design of all doors in Minecraft Pocket Edition, making them camouflaged. The doors will now blend into the surrounding area. Mobs such as villagers or zombies will still find doors, but you can play with this texture pack with your friends!

How it works?

Door textures have been reworked so they will now blend in with some blocks Minecraft PE. You can hide your base from other players much more easily. However, this will only work for players who also have this texture pack installed (You can enable a special option in the world/resource pack settings).
  • Oak door = mud door
  • Spruce door = stone door
  • Birch door = sand door
  • Jungle Door = Red Sand Door
  • Acacia door = stone door
  • Dark oak door = granite door
  • Iron door = andesite door
  • Wooden hatch = mud hatch
  • Iron hatch = stone hatch
Here is an example of how you can use this resource package in your world. IN in this case I built a small base inside a mountain and then used a mud door to hide it from outside players.

And here is another example of the use of hatches in MCPE.
