Cooking method:

  1. Fry the fillet halves in a frying pan over high heat until golden brown.
  2. After cooling slightly, cut it into 1.5 cm thick pieces.
  3. Place the pieces overlapping each other in the mold, sprinkle peas around, salt, season with spices and herbs.
  4. Dilute the cream in water, pour over the chicken.
  5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle generously over the fillets.
