The last part of the Legionbane Army campaign was recently released, and we were finally allowed to get a class mount. Let's take a closer look at getting our beautiful shamanic elemental :)

What class mount does the Shaman have?

Shamans are given the opportunity to ride the multi-colored elemental Totem of the Furious Storm. The color depends on the specialization, but each color must be purchased separately and there is a condition for this. More on this below.

So, we will get a Fire elemental if our specialization is Elemental, a Wind elemental will be given to Enhancement shamans, and a Water elemental, obviously, to healing shamans :)

Conditions for obtaining a class mount

So, in order to become the owner of a benevolent elemental capable of transporting you anywhere and everywhere, we will need to do the following:

A lot will need to be done, especially considering a novice player who does not play from the start Legion. It seems to me that the most problematic for them will be the pioneers, since there you need to go on raids several times and build up a reputation. In short, this is all very, very difficult. 🙂

How to get a class mount?

Let's take a closer look at the execution of the enhancement elemental ride by a shaman.

As soon as you complete the achievement Penetrating the Tomb, a task will open for you, given by a shaman under the name Orono. He is located in the main camp on the Broken Isles and will send you to your class stronghold.

Consul Celeste will be waiting for you in the class stronghold, who will give you a quest to complete the scenario. We agree and fly away.

We will be teleported to the Throne of the Four Winds, where we will need to fight 3 servants of the winds who are not going to obey and all that. In short, you and I are moral collectors again.


All three elementals that we will meet are quite simple and intuitive. The first one will have adds, the second one will have a blower, and the third one will throw puddles at you. The damage is basically small, you shouldn't have any problems with them.

Well, at the end you will have a thank you speech and all that. Afterwards you will be sent to the stronghold, where you will receive your magnificent wind elemental :)

There is nothing difficult in getting it :)

With update 7.2, class mounts will appear in the game, and recently, on the PTR you can already saddle them and try them out. Each class will have excellent remedy movement, as well as the script to obtain it. Today we will look at the death knight mount and find out how to get it.

The coloring of the dragon depends on the death knight's specialization: red for Blood, blue for Ice, green for Unholy.

Getting a mount

To get this dragon you will have to complete several quests with the Lich King. At first, you will be asked to interrogate several bronze dragons, but after failing in this endeavor, the lich will send you to the Ruby Sanctum. There you need to find records about the dragon that fell in the Ice Crown.

While completing the chain you can get a great feat, Unholy Determination. To obtain the achievement, you need to slaughter all the red dragons in the sanctuary, which will lead to the extinction of the species.

After you take out the book, the Lich King will tell you that the dragons did not want the notes to fall into your hands because the body of the fallen dragon still has life energy, which means it can be used in the interests of the scourge .

Fly north to the glacier. You have to save Kiranazstrasza from the undead, everything is in your hands. By killing the undead you will gain life energy, which over time can be turned into Unholy Essence and resurrect the dragon.

What's most satisfying about this scenario is how reminiscent it is of the opening cinematic of Wrath of the Lich King.

With update 7.2, class mounts will appear in the game, and recently, on the PTR you can already saddle them and try them out. Each class will have a different mount, as well as a scenario to obtain it. Today we will look at the warlock mount and find out how to get it.

The coloring of the horse depends on the selected artifact traits. The green version of the mount can be obtained by completing a chain and scenario (we'll tell you how below), the orange version by Power Ascended and 10,000 stronghold resources.

The purple coloring of the mount drops from Lord Hel'nurat on the Broken Shore in 7.2. Does the name of the demon sound familiar? It was he who was called upon by the warlocks to obtain the Xorothian Horse of Doom in the original chain.

How to get a horse

The chain begins with Mor'zhul, the Herald of Blood in the stronghold. This NPC has been helping warlocks obtain class mounts since the classics.

Mor'zhul will ask you to collect materials to build the portal, just like last time. This time you need to collect: 10 Demon Steel Ingots, 5 Pandemonite and 3 Potion of Inflexibility.

On top of everything, you will need to complete the Legion Invasion scenario from 7.2, pick up Overcharged Fel Core and collect 50 Owlbeast Blood.

Next, on the Broken Shore, you will need to seduce the Xorothian Cultist with your succubus and find out the location of the leader of their cult. You will need to take away the Xorothian Calling Stone from him. Of course, they will give you a leader, her name is Zuriwa the Hexxer and she is guarded by demons

Patch 7.2 for World of Warcraft: Legion brought a whole bunch of new features to the game, and one of the main ones is, of course, class mounts. Now your character will not only be unique in himself, but will also be able to get a special mount, available only to his class. According to the good old tradition, Blizzard does not give out a class mount to everyone; first you will have to complete a chain of quests, which will not only allow you to get the mount, but will also reveal the plot of a particular class more deeply. The quests themselves to obtain a class mount are not difficult and this guide is not about them, this guide is dedicated to the mounts themselves, as well as all the accompanying rewards that you will receive if you also spend time searching for new looks for your unique horse.

To obtain any class mount, you will need to upgrade your reputation to “exalted” with a new faction - the Army of Legion's Ruin - the Union of defenders of Azeroth, whose goal is to crush the forces of the Legion in the Tomb of Sargeras and on the Broken Shore. To crush the forces, you will need to complete the entire “Penetrating the Tomb” achievement chain.

Death Knight class mount - Rotting Reins of the Unholy Conqueror

Death knights now have access to a unique flying mount, and not just any mount, but an entire dragon. This dragon is not deprived of intelligence, and therefore when the character’s specialization changes, it also changes its color - blue for the Ice specialization, red for Blood and green for Unholy.

To get the Rotting Reins of the Unholy Conqueror, you must first complete the quest chain, which will begin after you complete all the main story stages on the Broken Shore - there is nothing difficult here either, just check there regularly and complete as many quests as possible.

The class mount also comes with an achievement called More Power, and once you get it, you'll be able to buy three new pets in your stronghold - green, blue and red dragons. The achievement is not difficult - you only need to upgrade an artifact weapon of one of three specializations to level 50 and ride an ice dragon to Dalaran to complete a small quest.

Demon Hunter class mount - Felblind Slayer

Demon hunters acquired a smaller, but still very impressive mount - an armored felbat. This Felbowed Slayer, like other new mounts, refuses to serve just anyone - only anyone who has already completed 11 stages of the story on the Broken Shore and completed the chain of quests from the stronghold to obtain it.

An additional reward for all this, as well as receiving the achievement More Power, will be a unique toy - Tiny War Blades, which will need to be purchased for stronghold resources in the stronghold. This toy will allow you to summon Pepe the Demon Hunter, who will sit on your head for some time, thus helping to exorcise demons.

Druid class mount - Archdruid's Moon-winged Owl Form

Druids, unlike other classes, did not receive a new mount, but only because they are now mounts themselves. The Archdruid's Moon-Winged Owl Form, which this class receives, will allow Druids to carry their comrades on their backs while flying. The color of the owl's appearance does not depend on the druid's specialization, but depends on the race - trolls will turn into a red owl, worgen into a white one, tauren into a brown one, and night elves into a black one.

Hunter class mounts - Loyal, furious and fierce beasthawks

Who did the hunters get? Beasthawk himself, available in three variations depending on specialization. This winged half-wolf, half-hawk will become available to hunters after completing a special quest chain and receiving the More Power achievement - everything is exactly the same as for other classes. You can get the Loyal Beasthawk if you chose “Beast Mastery” as your main specialization, the Furious if you chose “Survival” and the Fierce if you chose “Shooting”. After you get one of them, the other two types of mount will become available after leveling the other two artifacts to level 50.

The mount is not all that the hunters received. After completing the More Power achievement, a special item will become available for purchase in the Stronghold - Hybrid Beasts and How to Tame Them. This book will make it possible to tame Woolly-finned Owlcats from the Broken Isles.

Mage class mount - Prismatic Disc of the Archmage

The magicians received the Prismatic Disc of the Archmage, which does not require feeding or walking, and which looks in accordance with the owner’s specialization. Fire mages can expect a blazing fire disk, ice mages can look forward to a blue one covered in icicles, and arcane magic, as usual, sports purple runes and orbs of pure magic.

And although in order to get all three types of disks, you need to upgrade all artifacts to level 50, as an additional reward for leveling up you will receive a toy that can be bought in the stronghold. The magic plate will allow you to put your pet on a miniature copy of the mount so that he can fly around with you, like that same Pumpkin cat on a broom.

Monk class mount - Ban Lu, companion of the great master

They also have something special in store for the monks - Ban Lu, the companion of the great master, will accompany them on their travels. This imposing-looking tiger can even fly, like other class mounts, although at first glance it may seem otherwise. There are no alternative colors for Ban Lu, but in the stronghold, after receiving the More Power achievement, you will be able to take custody of the pet Ban Fu, daughter of Ban Lu. There can never be too many cats in a collection, right?

Paladin class mount - Shining Reins of the Golden Steed

Can you imagine a paladin without a horse? It’s possible if he’s a tauren, but Blizzard thinks differently, so the paladins were given epic armored war horses. You can get the shining reins of a golden horse when you complete the entire quest chain for the mount that appears in the stronghold, but with other horses you will have to work hard. Each paladin specialization has its own mount, but to get them, you need to upgrade the corresponding artifact weapon to level 50. If, for example, you haven’t even looked at the paladin artifact of the “Retribution” specialization, then you won’t get a scarlet horse right away.

Priest class mount - High Priest's Light-True Sentinel

You might think that each priest was given a druid in a new flying owl form, however, if you look more closely, it turns out that this is not the case. Priests can now fly and ride wherever they want, riding a majestic owl, the color of its feathers and fur directly depends on the chosen specialization. The High Priest's Watchman, loyal to the Light, will be golden for priests of the Light specialization, silver for Discipline, and dark purple for Dark. There are no small pleasant goodies in sight in the stronghold.

Rogue class mount - Blade-Covered Reins of the Dark Harbinger

If your choice is a rogue, and at the same time you love ravens, then you are very lucky, since the mount raven is now available to rogues. The bladed Reins of the Dark Harbinger are not that difficult to obtain - just complete all the tasks in the Rogue Hold storyline associated with the mount. However, each specialization has its own special raven - scarlet for Cutthroats, jet black for Stealth, and dark green for Assassination. To get a special mount appearance, upgrade the corresponding artifact to level 50.

After leveling up at least one artifact to level 50 and receiving the achievement More Power, you will be able to buy a unique pet in your stronghold - the Clicker. Despite its specific name, the Nutcracker is not a crab at all, but simply an extremely biting parrot.

Shaman class mount - Raging Storm Totem

Shamans, quite logically, rode the elements themselves. Raging Storm Totem allows shamans to summon mountable elementals, the appearance of which directly depends on the chosen specialization - Enhancement shamans will receive an air elemental, Restoration - a water elemental, and Elemental - a fire elemental. But you won’t be able to ride an earth elemental, but the Mythic Gul’dan from the Night Citadel has a small chance of dropping a corrupted rock elemental mount. No additional awards were delivered either.

Warlock class mount - Chaotic Netherlord's Wrathsteed

Warlocks, like paladins, got a horse, but not a simple one, but a flaming one. Such a horse, alas, cannot run on water, as the symbol previously allowed, but even the lack of wings does not prevent it from flying. You will get the Chaotic Steed of the Lord of the Nether's Wrath almost for nothing - for successfully completing the entire chain of quests to obtain it, but the other two colors of the mount are more difficult to obtain. You will get the scarlet fiery horse as soon as you get the achievement More Power by leveling up at least one artifact to level 50. But the same horse, only shrouded in shadows instead of flames, is a reward for defeating Lord Hel'Nurath - this is a rare mini-boss from the Broken Shore. Finding it is easy - all the mini-bosses are displayed on the map in the form of skulls, so just keep an eye on the situation until you get yourself a skin for the mount.

Warrior class mount - Iron Reins of the Bloodthirsty War Serpent

The iron reins of a bloodthirsty war serpent are what the warriors got. It’s probably not worth complaining about a huge proto-dragon, which, among other things, can change its color depending on the rider’s specialization. Warriors specializing in "Weapon" will be able to ride a scarlet dragon, "Fury" - a gray one, and "Protection" - a purple one. There are also no special rewards for upgrading all artifacts.

That's all the class mounts. To start the quest chain for each of them, you will definitely need to complete all the main story stages of the Broken Shore, but there is an advantage to this - you will need to do the same thing if you want to fly around all the Broken Isles on a new stylish mount. After receiving level 110, you must fulfill the following conditions:

Broken Shore:

Part of the Infiltrating the Tomb achievement will require complete passage class stronghold campaigns (including the Opening of flights in the Legion):

• Unlock the slot for the third artifact relic
• Complete the achievement Defenders of the Legionbane Army (read the reputation guide)

The penultimate step of the Infiltrate the Tomb achievement will require players to level up Class Hall champions to level 110 and level up their items, as well as completing the Broken Shore mission.

Some classes have several mount color options available for different specializations. Other classes can purchase mounts, pets and toys for obtaining the More Power achievement on some artifacts.

Additional rewards for the achievement More Power (it is not required to obtain a class mount in the WOW 7.2.5 patch):

• Reach Artifact Knowledge Level 26 and complete the quest series In Search of Lost Knowledge on the Broken Shore.

Demon Hunter

• Mount DH: Felbatten Fighter

How to get a mount

1. The demon hunter class mount can be obtained after completing the quest On the Wings of Fel.

How to get

Visit the class hall and take on the quest The Antonidas Project. Archmage Kalec will have three quests for you: Inner Fire, Deep Freeze, and Close to Home. To get the mount you will need to complete all 3 tasks, as well as the final quest.

To get the first part of the mount, you need to complete the task Near the House. This is the simplest quest available - you just need to talk to Archmage Celindra, who holds the element needed for the class mount. She will show you where it is and all you have to do is take it.

The second part of the mount is a little more difficult to obtain - the quest Inner Fire will lead you to Karazhan, to the Archmage Altur. He will open a portal to a secret basement, where you will have to fight your way through the ranks of demons to the item that is needed to obtain the mount.

And finally, the third part of the mount can be obtained by completing the mission Deep Freeze. Archmage Cedric, who is located near the Dalaran crater, will tell you that the item necessary to obtain the mount was stolen by ogres, and that if you want to return it, you should visit them. Everything is simple here - you can easily take away the magic item you need from one of the ogres.

So, when all 3 parts are collected, it’s time to complete the task Dissipation of Energy - this is a test in the Eye of Eternity, the completion of which will lead to receiving a class mount.

• Stage 1: Preparing the discs (items you received for the previous 3 tasks). At this point you don't need to do anything other than listen to Kalec's instructions.
• Stage 2: In this stage, you will need to fight three elementals in turn - arcane, fire and ice. These elementals do not possess any special skills; they use standard spells of their element.

After defeating the elementals, simply return to the class stronghold, watch a short game scene and receive your class mount.

Models

The color of the Prismatic Disc varies depending on the specialization, but traders do not sell any additional colors.

How to get

To obtain the mount, hunters must complete the mission Wild Night, which includes completing a game scenario in the same area where you fought Fenrir in the Halls of Valor.

To obtain the Farseer's Furious Storm mount, shamans need to complete the quest The Gathering Storm, which includes a scenario in which you need to help Prince Thunderaan in the Throne of the Four Winds.

• Stage 1: Talk to Thunderaan, he will tell you what to do.
• Stage 2: Convince Rohash, Nezir and Anchal to swear allegiance to Thunderaan.
• Stage 3: Bring the whirlwind to the center of the platform and listen to Thunderaan's speech.

After completing the scenario, you will see a short scene during which Thunderaan will reward you with a gift and a class mount.

Externally, the mount resembles an ordinary elemental (only in armor), the color and structure of which changes depending on your specialization.

Paladin

• Mount name: Highlord's Golden Steed
• Learned from the item Shining Reins of the Golden Steed

How to get

To obtain the Highlord's Golden Steed, paladins need to talk to Lord Grayson Shadowbreaker, who will send you for the Hardstone Leather Horse Armor. This is a necessary item to complete the quest During Preparations.

After completing this quest, Shadowbreaker will tell you that this is not enough to access the trial, and that the armor needs to be strengthened. You will need 25x Leystone Ore and 1x Suramar Sapphire to complete the quest I'll need something... Once all the items are collected, complete the quest Was Leather, Became Legendary and return to Lord Grayson Shadowbreaker.

He will say that your new class mount is, in fact, the horse of Lord Rivendare from Stratholme, cleansed of filth. Take the quest Unrest in the Darkness and begin completing the scenario:

• Stage 1: Choose your allies. You will have 6 NPC paladins at your disposal, 2 characters for each specialization. You can only choose two of them.
• Stage 2: Find 6x Holy Water of Stratholme in Stratholme, and also free the three missing paladins (to do this you will have to destroy three bosses - Ossein, Wormtongue and Lepron).
• Step 3: Return to Lord Grayson and give him the holy water. He will be waiting for you at the camp in Elder's Square.
• Step 4: Imbue the Plate Bard with holy power, an item you received before starting the scenario.
• Stage 5: Go to the crypt where the remains of Baron Rivendare are kept.
• Stage 6: The remains have been stolen by Ramien the Soul Collector - defeat him and take the remains.
• Step 7: Talk to Lord Grayson to watch a short scene and receive your class mount.

Getting a mount

To obtain a class mount, you need to complete the Trial of Fury scenario and the quest for Odin.

The essence of the scenario comes down to the fact that you need to defeat the champions in the arena one by one. There will be 4 such champions in total. After you defeat them all, Odin will give you your class mount.

Models and videos

Externally, the warrior mount looks like a proto-dragon clad in armor.

Depending on the specialization, it changes its color: red for the “Weapon” branch, gray for “Fury” and purple for the “Defense” specialization.

Death Knight

• Mount DK: Unholy Deathlord Conqueror

How to get

To receive a class mount, death knights need to complete the order of the Lich King - Frozen Memories. After you reach Icecrown, the Lich King will send you to interrogate members of the Bronze Dragons (Dragon Secrets). They won't help you with much, but the Lich King will direct you to the Ruby Sanctuary. When you infiltrate the sanctuary, you will discover records of a great dragon that fell in Icecrown.

Taking the found book with you, go back to Icecrown and start the Lost Glacier scenario, during which you will resurrect the dragon Kiranastrasz (which will be your class mount). To obtain the essence needed for resurrection, you will need to destroy a certain number of undead that will spawn during the scenario.

Models

The DK class mount model in patch 7.2 is a typical resurrected dragon (with minor modifications) that can be found in Icecrown. There are three color options – one for each specialization.

Warlock

• Mount: Netherlord's Brimstone Wrathsteed
• Mount item to research: Infernal Reins of the Brimstone Nethersteed

Receipt

You need to speak with Mor'zhul the Bloodbringer in the Class Hall. He will task you with collecting a number of ingredients needed to open the portal. You will need 5x
