Medicinal properties of Veselka mushroom and application. Useful properties and recommendations for the use of Veselka mushroom. Treating various diseases

(smelly morel)

or morel gouty, immodest phallus

- conditionally edible mushroom

✎ Affiliation and generic features

Common fun(lat.Phallus impudicus), according to scientific, - phallus immodest, morel smelly, arthritic, among the people - swindler, upstart, damn egg, witches' egg, in spite of the "bizarre" forms, it is considered a cap mushroom and is related to the genus Veselka (phallus) (Latin Phallus) of the family of the jellyfish (phallus) (Latin Phallaceae) and the order of the phallus (jellyfish) (Latin Phallales), which is part of the group fungi-gasteromycetes.
The common funny mushroom is unique in its own way and this is perhaps the only mushroom that can simultaneously be edible, and conditionally edible, and inedible, and poisonous mushroom!
At its young age, when the mushroom is still in the peridium (shell or "egg"), it is certainly edible. And at the moment when its fruit body leaves the shell (egg) and begins its rapid growth, it is conditionally edible. When it has grown and its pulp begins to emit a fetid odor (stink), then it is already inedible. And when he is even a little overripe, he is poisonous and capable of causing quite serious gastrointestinal poisoning.
And the conventionally edible common joke is considered only because in a mature state it emits a very pungent unpleasant odor (hence the second name - smelly morel).
Many sources have information that the growth rate of the common mushroom is one of the highest in nature and can reach 5 millimeters per minute, and this figure exceeds the growth rate of bamboo, which is everywhere cited as a textbook example of the absolute achievement of the growth rate in the world of plants.
For the first time the name Phallus, in relation to a certain mushroom, was applied by Adrian Junius (or Adrian de Jonge), a Dutch doctor and scientist, in 1562.
But in 1729, Pierre Antonio Micheli, an Italian botanist and mycologist, "the father of cryptogamy", published a work in which he noted the independent genus Phallus, with two species included in it.
And in 1753, Karl Linnaeus, a Swedish naturalist (botanist, zoologist, mineralogist) and physician, already gave these two species binomial (two-word) names:

  • Phallus impudicus (common fun).

Nowadays, these two species are classified as different sections of mushrooms.

Already in 1801, Christian Hendrik Person, a Dutch botanist and mycologist, who significantly supplemented the Linnean taxonomy of fungi with his works, introduced the following species into the genus Phallus:

  • Phallus esculentus (edible, tasty fun);
  • Phallus impudicus (common fun);
  • Phallus cancellatus;
  • Phallus indusiatus;
  • Phallus caninus;
  • Phallus mokusin;
  • Phallus hadriani.
  • Phallus hadriani (hilarious Hadrian or Hadrian);
  • Phallus ndusiatus (bamboo fune, bamboo mushroom),

even later, in 1811, another species was added to the Phallus genus:

  • Phallus duplicatus (double mesh).

And today the genus of jollies (phallus) has about 40 species, the vast majority of which live outside of Russia, are not suitable for use and are interesting only from the point of view of medicine.

✎ Similar species, medicinal and nutritional value

Funny mushroom is not much like other mushrooms, and perhaps only on their fellows from the same family and, in particular, on:
- Hadrian's fun (lat.Phallus hadriani),
which is in the "egg" stage with a more elongated shape, is completely inedible, and is almost never found in Russia.
It has been known for a long time that the jolly mushroom is a powerful aphrodisiac (or an enhancer of male potency). And as medical studies have shown, this mushroom contains a unique series of compounds called phytosteroids, which in their effect on the body are similar to male sex hormones - androgens and have a beneficial effect on the immune system.
In folk medicine, aqueous and alcoholic tinctures from fresh and dried fruit bodies of the jolly mushroom were previously used. Tinctures on vodka were used for pain in the abdomen, washed wounds with them, and also, with their help, healed gout and kidney diseases. That is why the jolly mushroom is most closely related to the so-called mushroom medicine and was recognized as curative in almost all countries, including Russia.
And the fun is used in the treatment of the following diseases:

Malignant tumors: breast cancer, also prostate cancer, gastrointestinal or lung cancer and brain cancer;
- benign tumors: breast cysts and uterine fibroids, prostate and pituitary adenomas, mastopathy or polyps;
- various diseases of the uterus in women, sarcoma and melanoma, leukemia and other similar diseases;
- cardiovascular diseases: heart failure or hypertension;
- joint, skin diseases, treatment of hard-to-heal wounds and skin ulcers (when applied externally);
- rehabilitation in post-infarction and post-stroke conditions.

Our ancestors have known about the super-healing properties of the funny mushroom for a long time. And the conducted scientific research has shown that the common mushroom contains many beneficial substances that have a pronounced healing effect, such as, for example:

Polysaccharides, which have an antitumor effect (they neutralize various cancer cells by making holes in their membranes with their substance);
- alkaloids, which are natural or natural analgesics (or pain relievers);
- antihistamines, which eliminate various allergic and edematous reactions;
- substances that suppress dermatomycosis and fungal skin infections.

In terms of consumer and food parameters, the common veselka is considered a mushroom of low quality and is related to the conditionally edible mushrooms of the fourth category, due to the presence of a strong specific smell.

✎ Distribution in nature and seasonality

Veselka ordinary> is a common saprophytic mushroom and feeds on the remains of organic matter, but it can also act as a symbiont, forming a mycorrhiza with broad-leaved trees: oak, beech, even with some shrubs.
Common jellyfish is found everywhere, singly or in families, especially often in deciduous forests, giving preference to abundant humus soils and is distributed throughout Europe, the Caucasus, Siberia and the Far East.
The ripening season for her is quite long, lasts from May to October.
Veselka is a mushroom in its own way, unique, and very rare, it is almost impossible to find it in our area, it grows in the soil, in the form of an egg, which is somewhat similar to a raincoat mushroom, for which the people call it - "damn egg "and" egg of witches ".
When the mushroom is fully ripe (about a week later), a small bud is glued from it, which at high speed turns into a fruit stem, rapidly (literally "before our eyes") growing up. This happens in just 10 - 15 minutes, sometimes in full view of some astonished observer, leading him into mad delight or causing quiet horror from this sight!

✎ Brief description and application

Veselka vulgaris belongs to the category of indeterminate fungi and reproduces, like other fungi, by spores, which are usually spread by flies or other insects attracted by its smell.
The young fruiting body of the common veselka is ovoid, and is about the size of a hen's egg. The egg shell (peridium) is leathery, smooth, white or creamy. When ripe, it breaks into two or three blades, having the appearance of a volva (like many amanitas), and the fruit body sprouted from an egg consists of a leg-like receptacle (container, storage) of a cylindrical shape, hollow, with spongy walls, white or yellow, very big size. At the apex of the recipe (stem) there is an uncommon bell-shaped cap with a cellular surface, covered with a mucous dark olive gleba (the inner part of the fruiting bodies of basidiomycetes, as a receptacle for their spores). At the top of the cap there is a dense disc with a passage. The unripe pulp of the fruit body is gelatinous, with a radish smell, and a mature or overripe mushroom has a very strong and unpleasant stench of decaying residues or falling.

The common jelly is absolutely suitable for eating, even in its "raw" form, if, of course, remove the outer shell from it beforehand. At a young age, when the mushroom is still in the soil, in the form of an egg, it is considered tasty or even delicious.
For example, in our time (in France) it is consumed directly in its "raw" form, like a radish. And in ancient times, "raw" young fruits of the common spruce were eaten with sour cream and salt, even in Russia. And the main thing here was not to forget to remove the outer shell from the mushroom before eating it.

Anyone who finds a mushroom in the forest on a long thick stem with a non-standard hat can be considered a real lucky one. Its miraculous medicinal properties are known firsthand. To extract all the nutrients from the mushroom, you need to know how to use it correctly.

Veselka ordinary - a rare miracle

Veselka is a rather unusual cap mushroom with the highest growth rate compared to other species. On average, in a mature state, its length can reach from 10 to 30 centimeters. At the initial stage of growth, the fungus is an ovoid spore that develops from the ground. When the egg reaches 3-6 cm in diameter, a cap with a leg shoots out of it. The lifespan of a veselka is 2-4 days.

The common veselka mushroom, the photo of which is presented above, has the Latin name Phallus impudicus, or Immodest Phallus. Other common names: "smelly morel", "arthritic morel", "witch's egg", "shameful", "devil's egg", "upstart".

Veselka has long been considered a mushroom of sorcerers, witches and healers. With the help of her, incurable diseases were conquered, healed open wounds and made love spells. The strength of the ordinary veselka has not dried up to this day.

Where does it grow?

Veselka grows on the fertile soils of Europe, Siberia, the Caucasus and the Far East. You can meet the mushroom both in deciduous and coniferous forests. The picking time for the common veselka falls on June-October. According to popular legend, you need to look for it, like the fern plant, on the night of Ivan Kupala. Mushroom pickers have more chances to find the Veselka in the first half of July.

A characteristic feature of the fungus is that it does not grow in the same place. This is the main difficulty in detecting it.

How to distinguish a mushroom?

At the beginning of growth, the fungus is not easy to spot. The common veselka, the photo of which is presented below, looks different at different stages of development.

Outwardly, a young mushroom resembles an ordinary raincoat or an oval-shaped egg. As the veselka grows, the thin white shell breaks, and under it you can see a jelly-like mass of yellow or olive color with a small hole in the form of a disk at the very top. This is the cap of the future mushroom. After that, a leg grows very quickly, up to 5 millimeters per minute.

An adult mushroom can be found much faster. As the leg grows, the common berry begins to emit a specific smell of carrion, which can be heard 2-3 meters before the destination. A mature mushroom is often covered in flies and other insects, which are attracted by the smell emanating from it. Thanks to insects, spores of the jelly are transferred, which ensures its reproduction.

The common veselka can be easily confused with another mushroom - Phallus hadriani, which is inedible. Unlike the first, it grows on sandy soil. At the initial stage, the egg of such a mushroom is more elongated, and the cap is larger in comparison with the common veselka.

Composition and medicinal properties of veselka

Important amino acids, biologically active compounds, micro- and macroelements are part of the fungus. They determine the medicinal properties of the common veselka.

Due to such a rich composition, Immodest Fallus is used as an effective wound healing, anticancer and antitumor agent, as well as for the treatment of diseases of the genitourinary, digestive and other systems of the body.

Veselka ordinary: methods of application

Suitable for use only the jelly that is harvested at the initial (in the form of an egg) or growing stage. An overripe mushroom, often covered with flies, is not recommended for food or for making tinctures. At this stage, it is already considered poisonous.

In what form should the "upstart" be taken in order to achieve a positive result from the treatment?

It has long been used for the preparation of infusions, decoctions, masks and ointments. The medicinal properties of the mushroom are used not only in folk recipes, but also in traditional medicine. Preparations prepared on the basis of Veselka vulgaris (balms, creams, suppositories, capsules) have proven their effectiveness in the treatment of even hopeless patients.

You can eat the mushroom raw by adding it to salads. At the initial stage of its development, the mushroom tastes like a radish and has a corresponding smell.

Contraindications to use

The Veselka miracle mushroom not only effectively cures many diseases, but also has practically no contraindications for use. It is recommended to limit its use:

  • pregnant and lactating women;
  • children under the age of six;
  • people with individual intolerance to the substances that make up the fungus.

All other persons can use the usual veselka for its intended purpose.

Side effects

The beneficial veselka mushroom does not cause side effects on the part of the body. But in some exceptional cases, with its prolonged use, there are malfunctions in the digestive system. If you find symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, poor appetite, diarrhea or bloating, you should immediately stop using the mushroom until the above symptoms disappear completely. Treatment should be continued only after consulting a specialist.

What does the common veselka treat?

Veselka-based tinctures and ointments really work wonders. The results of the treatment surprise even the most ardent opponents of traditional medicine. It is known that leading European scientists are seriously interested in the healing properties of the common veselka. Its use as a drug for the destruction of cancer cells will soon become possible, since clinical trials in this area are already being successfully carried out.

With the help of veselka, you can cure:

  • malignant and benign tumors;
  • influenza virus;
  • herpes;
  • hepatitis;
  • hypertension;
  • joint diseases;
  • sexual dysfunction in men;
  • kidney disease;
  • burns;
  • bites;
  • bedsores;
  • stomach ulcer;
  • purulent wounds.

All these diseases can be cured on their own using the recipes of alternative medicine that have been proven for centuries.

Tincture recipe for wound healing

Veselka has long been proven to be effective in treating non-healing severe wounds, fistulas and burns. Tincture for external use can be prepared independently at home. To do this, you need to take 100 grams of fresh or 10 grams of dry veselka ordinary, place it in a glass jar and pour 200 ml of vodka all this. After that, the container should be sent to the refrigerator for at least 14 days. An important condition: before preparing the tincture, the mushrooms must not be soaked. They are thoroughly cleaned and wiped with a dry towel.

It is necessary to wipe wounds, burns, bedsores and other skin diseases with this tincture 2-3 times a day until complete recovery. It should be noted that the unpleasant smell of the mushroom disappears in the vodka solution.

For fresh wounds and bites, use a tincture based on honey and veselka juice. In this case, the mushroom acts as an antiseptic. To prepare the medicine, the ingredients are mixed in equal proportions. After that, the mass is briefly applied as a lotion to the sore spot to relieve inflammation.

Folk remedy for cancer

Veselka is a good antineoplastic agent.

In malignant tumors, a tincture prepared on the basis of a fungus is used as an adjuvant in the treatment of oncological diseases. Veselka ordinary helps to increase the activity of cytotoxic lymphocytes, which fight dangerous cancer cells. When using tincture, the likelihood of side effects after radiation exposure and chemotherapy is reduced.

Veselka ordinary, the tincture of which is taken simultaneously with the main drugs, is especially effective in the treatment of benign tumors. Thanks to the individual polysaccharides that are part of the fungus, the production of perforin is enhanced, which destroys the membranes of tumor cells, after which they simply disappear.

The use of veselka ordinary in cosmetology

The biologically active substances that make up the fungus stop skin aging, contribute to its rejuvenation, therefore masks and tincture from it are widely used in cosmetology when performing various procedures.

To prepare the mask, a finely chopped "egg" of the veselka is mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream. The thick mass is applied to the skin for 30 minutes. After that, the mask is removed with a cotton swab. The skin becomes soft and silky, fine wrinkles are smoothed out, and large ones become less noticeable. To enhance the effect, after a few days, you can reapply the mask based on the common veselka mushroom. Beauty recipes can be improved by adding the juice of various vegetables and fruits to the bulk. The beneficial properties of the mushroom will become even stronger from this.

Veselka is only called ordinary. In fact, its medicinal properties are difficult to overestimate. This is a real natural healer that relieves of many serious ailments. Those who have at least once tested the effect of veselka on themselves turn into an avid mushroom picker, every season going into the forest in search of a wonderful "upstart".

Mushroom therapy (fungotherapy) is becoming one of the most popular areas of traditional medicine. Truly miraculous mushrooms grow in our forests, which have long been successfully used by our ancestors for various pathologies. And, undoubtedly, the first miracle worker on this list is an amazing jolly mushroom, the medicinal properties of which cannot be underestimated.

Merry mushroom: useful properties

One of the most amazing creatures of nature is the jolly mushroom. It is unusual in everything, from its appearance to its amazing healing effect on the human body.

Veselka is not the only name for this miracle mushroom. Its official name is already impressive. In Latin it sounds beautiful - Phallus impudicus, but it is translated quite unexpectedly - shameless phallus. To match the Latin name and local nicknames of the merry - the shameful, upstart, witch's mushroom, damn eggs, earthen oil.

The appearance of the fun shocked prim British women. They say that the daughter of the famous Charles Darwin, a champion of gender equality, Henrietta Emma, undertook to defend the chastity of fellow citizens. She set off at dawn for the surrounding forests on a merciless mushroom hunt. She personally trampled or smashed each merry thing she met with a stick so that the indecent mushroom would not embarrass the ladies who would go for a morning walk a little later.

"Devil's eggs" - this is only the first stage in the development of a strange fungus. White balls, very similar to banal raincoats, grow out of mushroom spores and for some time lie completely harmlessly under the trees of a deciduous or mixed forest, or even just under some kind of fence.

In fact, inside such a ball, a useful mushroom matures in jelly. Then the moment comes when the leathery film of the egg bursts, and a hollow mushroom arrow literally breaks free from it, spreading around a breathtaking, incomparable smell.

The swindler is born covered with mucus and grows incredibly fast - up to 30 centimeters per hour. On this occasion, the mushroom is listed in the Guinness Book of Records.

What does a witch mushroom smell like, how to find and save it

Experienced mushroom pickers are looking for their treasure by the “aroma”. They talk in completely different ways about what fun smells like: some talk about an intolerable stench that resembles carrion or rotten stuff, and some talk about a sweet and delicate floral scent.

By the way, the British call the fun "stinkhorn", which translates as "stinker".

In addition, the specific aroma of merrymaking attracts not only mushroom pickers, but also hordes of insects. Beetles and flies greedily eat mushroom slime saturated with spores, and if you are a little late, then only a wet place in the literal sense of the word will remain from the miracle mushroom. Insects carry spores of the jellyfish over long distances, which explains the appearance of new mushroom "clutches" in completely unexpected places.

For medicinal purposes, they collect either "eggs" or young merrymaking. The older the mushroom, the less benefit it retains. However, these mushrooms usually do not survive to a ripe old age, insects eat them earlier. Therefore, connoisseurs usually go in search of fun even after dark, in the morning.

Interestingly, the peak of the season for these mushrooms surprisingly coincides with the pagan holiday of Ivan Kupala. Herbalists compare it to a mystical fern flower and go out in search either on the magic night itself, or a few days later or earlier. However, these are more myths than truth: in fact, fun is found throughout the summer, from May to September.

Sometimes the collected mushrooms are grown at home - they simply dig up the egg along with a small root and plant it in an ordinary flower pot filled with earth from the forest. However, even without land, the plucked egg will continue to develop for a day or two. The fun grows quite large - up to thirty centimeters.

It is dried or preserved with vodka, which allows it to retain its medicinal properties for up to two years. Mushroom decoctions are stored for a very short time. You should not freeze the fun for future use - it will lose a significant part of its healing qualities.

Useful properties and composition: what a fun can heal

Such direction of traditional medicine as fungotherapy came to us from the mysterious East. Translated from Japanese, the word "fungo" means "mushroom". Exotic Japanese, Chinese and Korean mushrooms shiitake, maitake, cordyceps and lingzhi are now at the height of fashion and prices. But the treatment with medicinal mushrooms has been practiced since ancient times by Slavic healers, and they had fun beyond any competition.

Herbalists added fun to various potions or brewed a potion from it without any impurities - the strength of the witch's mushroom alone is enough to cure very serious diseases:

  • cancerous tumors and even AIDS;
  • diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and kidneys;
  • diseases of the cardiovascular and nervous systems;
  • atherosclerosis and hypertension;
  • dysfunction of the thyroid gland;
  • viral hepatitis, herpes and flu;
  • inflammatory processes in the joints, rheumatism and gout;
  • ulcers, bedsores and other difficult healing wounds, psoriasis;
  • allergy and its symptoms;
  • diabetes;
  • diseases of the blood and lymph;
  • varicose veins and thrombophlebitis;
  • female pathologies: inflammation, mastopathy, myoma, infertility;
  • male impotence.

Such an impressive list is supported by the fact that the jellyfish is incredibly rich in active and often unique biological substances, and this forms its powerful healing properties. The chemical composition of the fungus is presented:

  • fats;
  • carbohydrates;
  • phytoncides;
  • phytosteroids;
  • polysaccharides;
  • antioxidants;
  • vitamins;
  • amino acids;
  • minerals.

A special role in this list is played by phytoncides - most of the healing qualities of the bizarre creation of nature are based on them.

Cancer treatment

Mushroom polysaccharides stimulate the body to produce specific cytotoxic proteins called perforins, the so-called cancer killers. Their task is to destroy damaged cells, especially cancerous ones. Perforins make pores, tiny holes in their membranes, the cancer cell loses its ability to grow and divide and eventually dies.

Veselka preparations are effectively used to treat both benign and malignant tumors that are localized in the throat, lungs, uterus, mammary glands and on the skin. There are examples of successful healing from neoplasms of other localization. Taking mushroom preparations should be combined with a diet low in protein - either completely abandon meat, or reduce its consumption to a minimum. During this period, it is worth adding to your diet as many vegetables, fruits and especially green salads seasoned with high-quality vegetable oil.

Treatment of oncology with the help of biologically active substances of the jelly mushroom can be regarded exclusively as an auxiliary one. Only a doctor can prescribe the basic medical scheme. And self-medication is extremely dangerous - you can irrevocably lose precious time or send therapy to an unpredictable direction.

Unfortunately, jellyfish is a rather rare mushroom, its composition and properties have not yet been fully studied. Scientists who will study it, no doubt, will have to make many more striking discoveries.

Traditional medicine recipes

Mushroom fun for recovery and weight loss is eaten raw and preparations are made from it: natural fermented juice, tinctures and decoctions. Dried mushroom powder is added to medicinal ointments and cosmetic creams.

Features of use for medicinal purposes

It must be remembered: heat treatment weakens the power of the witch's mushroom. Never heat preparations with fresh or dried jellies above forty degrees.

For the same reason, jokes are dried only in the "grandmother's" way - strung on a string, away from sunlight. Freezing also deprives the mushroom of its healing power. Fresh mushrooms are not washed before use - they are only brushed from the ground and forest debris and wiped with a sponge or cloth.

Add a teaspoon of this tincture to your favorite shampoo, and a few drops of merry-based oil to your usual face and body creams - the result will surprise and delight you.

Slimming

By actively stimulating metabolic processes in the body and normalizing the work of all digestive organs, the wonderful jelly mushroom also contributes to the burning of fats.

For the period of losing weight, taking fun should be combined with any diet and physical activity that is suitable for you. It is enough to replace dinner with half a mushroom "egg" and a cup of unsweetened green tea three times a week, so that in a month you are guaranteed to lose from seven to ten kilograms. At the same time, the skin will retain its freshness and elasticity.

Alternatively, you can take an infusion of mushroom powder in mineral water for effective weight loss. In this case, the glass of the product prepared the night before must be divided into two equal parts. Drink the first on an empty stomach, and the second one and a half to two hours before bedtime. The course of admission is three weeks.

Contraindications

When treating with a jolly, it is very important not to exceed the dosage of mushroom preparations. First of all, this applies to the most active remedy based on the witch's mushroom - alcohol tincture, the abuse of which can cause disorders of the digestive system and the nervous system. It is better to refuse its use with exacerbation of chronic pathologies of the heart, liver and kidneys, as well as with atrophy of the pancreas. A softer effect on the body is exerted by infusions of fun on milk and honey, but even when they are taken, one should not violate proven treatment regimens.

The presence of autoimmune diseases is a contraindication for the treatment of merry, since the biologically active substances of the fungus increase immunity, and this can provoke an exacerbation of diseases of this kind.

Do not take witch's mushroom preparations for children under the age of ten, as well as for women during the period of carrying a child and breastfeeding. There are also individual contraindications, expressed in the intolerance of folk remedies.

The magic wand of health !!!

ATTENTION!!!

Now on the Internet there are many managers who poison Russians, selling all kinds of electrics for drinking hydrogen water.

Electrolysis is killing water. That is, during electrolysis, electrons neutralize negative ions.
Fields are massively disturbed in the water. The water structure is being broken.
This is why electrolysis of water produces dead water.

Living water is called only when it contains minerals, its molecular weight is H20.
With such a composition, water will not disturb human health, but will contribute to it.
Such a process will not disrupt the protein macrostructure, and the internal environment will remain intact. For a healthy person, the normal acid-base balance is 7.2.

Water destroyed by electrolysis has an indicator of 10, or even all 11.
Therefore, destructured water is not living at all, but even vice versa. It promotes stagnation of potassium in the cells of the body and blocks the natural supply of energy.

The process of electrolysis of water is dangerous precisely because it promotes dissociation. Molecular weight changes in water,
balance breaks and polarity changes.
Electromagnetic waves take a different path. This is how diseases arise.

How the Magic Wand of Health works:

The magic wand is made of magnesium (magnesium in the earth is already 2%), there is a magnet inside the wand,
which restores the wand to the earth's magnetic field.
Magnesium, when interacting with water, begins to release molecular hydrogen.
After 10 minutes, you will see large bubbles of hydrogen on the magic wand, and in order for them to come off faster, they can be affected by the magnetic field of the phone speaker or by shaking.

What is hydrogen water, what is its peculiarity?

Hydrogen water is ordinary drinking water, tasteless and odorless, saturated with hydrogen, the molecules of which are not bound to others. That is, it contains pure hydrogen.

What is hydrogen water for?

According to modern scientific concepts, one of the main causes of aging and the occurrence of acute and chronic diseases is the effect on the body of reactive oxygen species, or oxidants.

A complex of adverse factors - a problematic ecological situation, toxic pollution of the air, food and drinking water, exposure to various radiation, insufficient physical activity, bad habits - all this leads to the excessive formation of oxidants in the body.
The most dangerous of them are capable of damaging fats, proteins, DNA.
The state of the body in which the destructive effect of oxidants on the body exceeds its own protective antioxidant capabilities is called "oxidative stress".
Popular vitamins and antioxidants are not only ineffective, but in excess doses are simply dangerous for the body.
Scientists have found that molecular hydrogen can effectively and safely eliminate oxidative stress.

Research has shown that hydrogen has unique properties, thanks to which it is considered the most optimal antioxidant today.
Numerous scientific papers confirm the benefits of its use as the most effective and safe antioxidant.

MOLECULAR HYDROGEN AND ONCOLOGY

To date, there have been many studies indicating a link between the formation of free oxygen forms (ROS) and cancer.
Free radicals have been shown to lead to genetic mutations and impair cell differentiation.
The body has its own mechanisms of struggle, you just need to be able to use them.
Previously, scientists believed that oxygen was needed to destroy cancer cells, but then they changed their mind and proved that hydrogen is more needed to cure oncology.

Hydrogen is not only a building element of all living things, but also the main supplier of energy, cellular fuel and cellular activator, including for plastic metabolism.
Oxygen, on the other hand, takes energy from the cell. If you strengthen the hydrogen component inside the cell, its energetics will change and the body will take the path of healing.
Normally, these processes are eliminated by the antioxidant system, which is molecular hydrogen; when it is imbalanced, oxidative stress occurs. The result is alterative damage at the cellular level with the destruction of macromolecules (nucleic acids, lipids, proteins). This promotes neoplastic transformation in tissues and carcinogenesis (tumor formation).

Why is hydrogen so efficient?

Due to their small size, hydrogen molecules can penetrate biological membranes and suppress dangerous free radicals even in the brain;

It helps to deliver useful substances to all cells of our body, normalizing its functions and metabolic processes;

Hydrogen selectively removes only the most dangerous oxidants without affecting beneficial free radicals involved in metabolic processes important for the body;

Hydrogen activates the body's antioxidant systems;

Hydrogen causes a negative redox potential of the environment (ORP should be negative);

By interacting with hydroxyl radicals, hydrogen converts them into water molecules without forming any by-products or causing chain reactions. This property of hydrogen explains the absence of side effects and contraindications for the use of hydrogen therapy. Thus, hydrogen is the best and ultimate antioxidant with no side effects.

What is the effect of drinking hydrogen water regularly?

Objective observations and reviews of people drinking hydrogen water show that its regular use allows:

Provide effective hydration of the body;

Reduce the dose and reduce the side effects of the medications you are taking;

Improve metabolism;

Get rid of excess weight and obesity;

Normalize blood pressure;

Reduce the likelihood of a heart attack;

Improve memory;

Strengthen immunity;

Get rid of chronic fatigue and stress;

Improve the condition of the skin, hair and nails;

Reduce allergic reactions;

Slow down the aging process;

Improve the quality of life.

Benefits of Hydrogen Water?

Hydrogen water is recommended for all people without exception - babies, old people, athletes, pregnant and lactating women. It is of particular value for those who work in hazardous industries or live in areas with poor ecology. People suffering from various chronic diseases need hydrogen water to maintain health.

The main beneficial qualities of hydrogen water:

Protects cells from radiation;

Removes toxic substances from the body;

Provides antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects;

Activates the body's own defense systems;

Increases the effectiveness of endogenous and exogenous antioxidants.

When hydrogen water is taken, the healing mechanisms of the whole organism are instantly triggered.

Benefits when playing sports.

With intense physical exertion, oxygen consumption increases, and an excess amount of oxidants is produced in the body.
That is why you need to take hydrogen water, which is the best antioxidant.
In addition, water is important for athletes for the following reasons, it:
- activates fat and energy metabolism;

Prevents the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles;

Eliminates inflammatory processes;

Reduce damage to organs and tissues.

To improve the effectiveness of your workouts, you need to drink water - before, during and after exercise.
Due to its high regenerative potential (ORP up to -500 mV), it serves as a natural energy drink, which is recommended by leading experts in the field of sports medicine.
An important advantage of hydrogen water over other sports drinks is its safety and the absence of side effects, contraindications and any age restrictions.

Weight loss benefits.

With hydrogen water, you can not only lose weight quickly and easily, but also maintain excellent shape, beauty and youth for a long time: Molecular hydrogen absorbs oxidants that disrupt fat metabolism. Hydrogen water has been scientifically proven to significantly reduce liver fat and lower blood sugar.
Hydrogen water stimulates energy metabolism.
Possessing a negative redox potential (ORP up to -500 mV), it is a source of additional energy. Therefore, the body does not need to store energy in the form of fat.
By normalizing the internal environment of the body, hydrogen water restores the work of all organs and systems.
Hydrogen water serves as an additional source of intracellular water. When hydrogen interacts with oxidants, ordinary water is formed, which helps to increase the hydration of the body.

Hydrogen water is an ideal choice for people with arterial hypertension, obesity, coronary artery disease, diabetes mellitus and other metabolic disorders.

The magic wand of health - it produces water saturated with molecular hydrogen exactly, as it happens in nature, in a day in a liter can the ORP drops to - 500 mV.
The process of saturating water with hydrogen can be increased by bringing the phone with your favorite music to the container with water or installing software (frequency generator) on your smartphone - at a frequency of 339 Hz.

What is Veselka mushroom?

What is veselka mushroom, medicinal properties and how to take this mushroom, all this is of great interest to those who lead a healthy lifestyle, monitor their health, and are interested in folk methods of treatment, including with the help of mushrooms. So we will try to answer these questions in the following article.

Common jelly, or immodest phallus, or smelly morel, or arthritic morel (lat.Phallus impudicus) is a gasteromycete mushroom of the order Veselkovye, or Phallales.

Mushrooms are the most amazing creatures of nature, and among them the most unusual and most healing phenomenon is the common veselka (Phallus impudicus), a mushroom that few have heard of, and even fewer have seen it.

And if the recognized king of mushrooms for its medicinal properties is considered the most famous mushroom in the world - shiitake, then veselka is rightfully the queen. So:

Common Veselka (Phallus impudicus)

Family: Veselkovye (Phallaceae).

Synonyms: immodest phallus, smelly morel, arthritic morel, upstart, devil's egg, witches' egg, scoundrel.

Indeed, this mushroom is amazing, like the legendary fern flower, which is searched for on a certain day (on Ivan Kupala) and at a certain hour in order to find a treasure with its help.

And they are looking for the vestka at about the same time, also at certain hours and also for the sake of the treasure - only healing.

The specific shape of the fungus and the change in odor during the growth process aroused interest in humans. The "witches' egg" was considered the best way to induce feelings of love, and a mature mushroom was considered poisonous. Cheerful healers have used since ancient times. The archives contain data on its use in healing even in Kievan Rus.

By the way, A.G. Lukashenka called this mushroom “the national heritage of Belarus”.

It is known that the famous writer Balzac cured a stomach ulcer with a tincture of this mushroom, which was prepared for him in St. Petersburg. A.S. Pushkin, who suffered from thrombophlebitis, also used his tincture. In many countries, attempts are being made to industrialize this mushroom, which have not yet resulted in serious success.

Description of the mushroom:

The young mushroom is an ovoid white body (popularly called the "devil's egg") and is very difficult to find. This mushroom loves rather coniferous forests, although it can be found anywhere. What is surprising is the capriciousness and unpredictability of this mushroom. It never grows in the same place.

Usually the jelly is not very large, rarely when it grows to the size of a goose egg. At first, the mushroom is very similar to an ordinary raincoat, but not so strong, but has a kind of gelatinous pulp. By its structure, it resembles an overripe plum or a lump of non-spread jelly. Growing to a certain size for a long enough period for an ordinary mushroom - about a week, then the mushroom begins to show miracles. A small kidney hatches from it, which quickly transforms into a fruit stem, and this leg begins to uncontrollably strive upward, like a living creature.

A leg with a cap grows out of an egg very quickly, sometimes in 15 minutes. This mushroom is the fastest growing mushroom. The results are amazing: 5 mm per minute! The fruit body reaches 3 cm in length, has a long, thick, empty fragile stem inside and a cap covered with brown-green mucus. The mucus from the cap contains spores and emits a foul odor that attracts the flies that carry the spores. So this mushroom will stand for several hours, after which only a wet place in the most literal sense will remain of it.

It is found throughout the temperate forest zone of Russia. Grows on soil in deciduous and mixed forests, in shrubs, among grass, everywhere infrequently and not abundantly. It is an optional symbiotroph and can form mycorrhiza with oak, beech, linden and some shrubs. Does not tolerate frost, bears fruit from July to late September.

The medicinal properties of the Veselka mushroom:

It also grows in Western Europe, and since the interest in medicinal mushrooms is now incredibly high abroad (fungotherapy - the science of medicinal mushrooms - is considered the era of new discoveries), the veselka has also found its way onto the laboratory table. And it became a sensation!

Currently, it is the only mushroom in the world that has shown a truly colossal antitumor activity - already on the 10th day, its substances stop the growth and reproduction of cancer cells!

It turned out that her ability to remove cholesterol and lower blood pressure is 2 times higher than that of shiitake! But that's not all. Veselka mushroom phytoncides also turned out to be more active - they kill the viruses of herpes, flu, hepatitis and even AIDS.

It treats this fungus and malignant tumors (and any), resolves benign, lowers blood pressure, treats gastrointestinal ulcers, heals the kidneys. External vodka tincture of the mushroom heals trophic ulcers, bedsores, bites, wounds, skin cancer.

Veselka ordinary is a universal mushroom medicine that is used for almost any disease (it has no contraindications):

The mushroom is used in the following cases and has the following actions:

  • activation of the antitumor immune function of the body;
  • causes the production of perforin by the human body, which prevents cancer cells from dividing and forming into a tumor;
  • resorption of malignant (sarcoma, melanoma, leukemia and other oncological diseases) and benign tumors (polyps, cysts, pituitary adenomas, prostate adenomas, etc.);
  • removes cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, prevents the development of atherosclerosis;
  • heals ulcers of the gastrointestinal tract, is used for hemorrhoids, fistulas and fissures in the rectal mucosa;
  • destroys viruses of herpes, flu, hepatitis, cytomegalovirus;
  • destroying hidden infections, increases potency, fights infertility;
  • relieves inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, liver, inflammation and joint pain (gout);
  • the mushroom is effective for thrombophlebitis, paralysis, enlargement of the thyroid gland;
  • when applied externally, it relieves trophic ulcers, bedsores, joint pains, skin tumors, psoriasis and eczema, heals bites, is an antipruritic, analgesic agent.
  • useful for enhancing potency, that is, it is a strong aphrodisiac.

Used water and alcoholic tinctures from fresh or dried fruit bodies of the veselka. According to the available data, such drugs do not conflict with any other dosage forms and drugs.

According to the healer's experience, the most curative is the juice of the veselka, and this juice can be obtained at any stage of ripening. Various diseases can be treated depending on the stage of development of the fungus. The most healing is the juice obtained from the mushroom, which is in the stage of a jelly-like egg. This juice is used to cure benign tumors and hypertension.

For gout, various joint diseases and skin diseases, the juice of an already mature fungus with spores is more suitable, probably the brown-green mucus, which is formed to attract flies, has some specific way of acting on the affected skin and inflamed joints. By the way, Russian healers and herbalists treat eczema with this disgusting-smelling mucus.

It is recommended to use preparations from these mushrooms for prophylactic purposes for men after 25 years of age and older, as well as for people who have undergone any operations, and those who have been diagnosed with vegetative-vascular dystonia.

How to use:

For internal use (for gastritis of various forms, for stomach ulcers, kidney problems, for gout, polyarthritis, paralysis and cancer):

When preparing for internal use, the "eggs" of the mushroom are wiped with a dry cloth (it is undesirable to wash), cut and poured with vodka (moonshine).

Tincture, recipe 1:

5 g of powder or 50 g of fresh veselka eggs are poured with 200 ml of vodka, infused for 2 weeks in the refrigerator. No filtering required. The longer the infusion period, the higher the medicinal effect. Take from 1 teaspoon to 3 tbsp. spoons depending on the disease. For example, to lower the pressure in hypertension, 1 teaspoon of tincture is enough 2 times a day. In case of neoplastic diseases, one should take 1 tbsp. spoon 2-3 times a day. For other diseases (for example, prostate disease) - 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day.

The prophylactic course of treatment is 30 days (carried out 2 times a year), the therapeutic course is 3-4 months.

Tincture, recipe 2:

With gastritis of various forms, with stomach ulcers, when the kidneys hurt, with gout, polyarthritis, paralysis and cancer.

5 g of powder or 50 g of fresh veselka eggs are poured with 200 ml of vodka (up to 38% strength). Insist for 30 days in a dark, damp place, preferably in the refrigerator (the jar must be rolled up with a lid). The infusion is taken 3 times a day for 1 tbsp. spoon 20 minutes before meals, for a month. Then take a break for 1-2 weeks and again carry out the course of treatment.

Tincture, recipe 3:

Special recipe for cancer treatment

Finely chop 6–7 fresh mushrooms (100 g). Pour a jar of mushrooms (1 l) to the top with 50% moonshine (not alcohol), close the lid tightly and put in a dark place for 14–21 days. Shake the tincture every day.

Treatment: the full course requires 3-4 liters of tincture, take 20 minutes before meals, 1 tbsp. spoon 3 times a day. Drink with raw fresh egg or 1 teaspoon of honey.

In parallel, it is necessary to prepare and drink an infusion of chaga, in any form. "Chagovaya" tincture should be drunk 2 times a day for 1 dec. spoon or 1 teaspoon in the morning and evening. 1 course of treatment corresponds to 1 liter of veselka infusion and 300 ml of chaga infusion. After the course, a 10-day break is made, and the treatment is resumed. At the same time, you can undergo a course of chemotherapy, if it is prescribed by oncologists.

Tincture recipe 4:

Pour 5 g of veselka powder with linseed or olive oil (150 ml) heated in a water bath. Mix. Keep in a warm place for 3 hours (for example, near a battery). Then refrigerate for 5 days for infusion. Do not filter the infusion. Take, depending on the severity of the disease, 1 teaspoon or 1 tbsp. spoon 2-3 times a day.

Tincture recipe 5:

5 g of veselka powder pour 200 ml of warm boiled water. Insist 8 hours. Stir before use. Drink 1/3 cup 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals.

How to prepare a veselka mushroom tincture for external use:

Recipe 1:

10 g of dry (100 g of fresh) veselka pour 200 ml of vodka and leave for two weeks in the refrigerator. No filtering required. Treat ulcers, wounds, tumors 2 times a day, in the form of lotions (not compresses).

With erosion of the cervix, cotton swabs are used, soaked in a tincture of veselka, diluted in a 1: 2 ratio with warm chamomile infusion. This solution is also suitable for douching, as well as enemas for hemorrhoids.

With mastopathy, the mushroom tincture is half diluted with water, clay is added, a cake is made and applied to the chest overnight. In the morning, the cake is removed, the chest is washed, and in the evening a new cake is applied. At the same time they drink 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tincture 3 times a day for a month.

Recipe 2:

Ointment for resorption of benign and malignant tumors (ovarian cysts, uterine cancer, fibroma, sarcoma, metastases, lung cancer).

To prepare the juice, you must put the raw mushrooms in a glass jar. The juice is formed after 2-3 months of storage. Souring the juice does not reduce its activity. Mushroom juice can be stored for up to 5 years. It is used exclusively in the form of an ointment of the following composition:

Veselka juice - 50%, base made from triethanolamine and stearic acid - 50%.

No side effects were noted.

Treatment of ovarian cysts and uterine fibroids until their complete resorption lasts from 1.5 to 5 months. For a treatment cycle, 0.3 to 1.0 liters of ointment is required. The ointment must be massaged dry with a light touch of the hand into the skin close to the tumor, in the case of cysts and fibroids, into the lower abdomen (simple smearing does not work). The growth of cysts and fibroids during the period of application of the ointment was not noted in any case of official observation. A year after the application of the ointment, only in one case was the growth of fibroids noted.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the mushroom is used as a remedy for rheumatism. In Bulgarian folk medicine, the mushroom is used in the treatment of gout and epilepsy.

Fruit bodies are harvested at any stage of fruiting, used depending on the stage or purposes of application.

Cooking Applications:

Edible in the "egg" stage. Peel off before cooking, remove the jelly-like layer. The green middle is fried in oil or stewed in sour cream. When raw, it tastes like a cross between cabbage and radish.

The mushroom is eaten raw (salads) and fried or stewed in countries such as Germany, France and China.
