The zebra pie is made in two colors, so I divide the resulting dough into two parts and pour cocoa powder into one.


I stir in the cocoa with a spoon and get a beautiful chocolate color.


The baking pan needs to be prepared; to do this, I grease its sides with a piece of butter, and put a sheet of parchment on the bottom and secure the pan. The dough should be scooped out with a tablespoon.


In order for you to get the same zebra pie as in my recipe in the photo, you need to adhere to the order of laying out the dough. First, I place 2 tbsp of light dough in the center, then 2 tbsp of chocolate dough in the middle of the light dough, and so on until the end.


The result is a striped pattern like this, but that’s not all.


To make the baked goods even more beautiful, you need a toothpick, which I use to draw lines along the dough from the middle to the edges. This pattern looks like a spider web.


I bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. I check its readiness with a toothpick, which should remain dry when piercing the pie. If so, then it is ready and I take it out of the oven.


Carefully remove the mold and parchment and transfer the finished deliciousness to a plate.


This zebra pie with kefir turns out to be very fluffy, tasty and sweet. Be sure to try it, it's worth it.

If desired, you can even make a cake out of it by cutting it into several layers and spreading it with sour cream, for example. The recipe is very good and always turns out great.
