How to understand and begin to realize your dreams and desires? The power of intention. How to realize your dreams and desires

How to make your dream come true?

Good afternoon, readers of my blog. I am sure that each of you dreams of something, has a cherished dream that you have been nurturing for more than one year. In the previous article “Dreams are Material: Secrets of Prosperity and Success!” I have already shared the main secrets of success. Let's see what main desires arise in our thoughts: someone wants a beautiful and expensive car, some want financial independence and a stable business, while others, like me once, dream of traveling and want to see the whole world. Desires are so different, but we are all united by the question of how to make your dream come true, or how to make your dream come true.

I wrote that I also used to dream of traveling and seeing the whole world. Don’t think that I abandoned my dreams, stopped believing and moving towards my goal. Everything is much simpler - dreams began to come true, became reality. At first you can’t believe it, but then you realize that they exist effective ways that will make any dream come true.

Have you ever read oriental fairy tales? Remember Aladdin's lamp and the magical genie who fulfilled all the wishes of the owner. So, today I will tell you the secrets of how to find such an “Aladdin’s lamp”, how to make everything you want come true and get what you have been dreaming about for many years.

Visualization and dreams are the first step to making your dreams come true

Dream - that's my first piece of advice. The laws of visualization work, regardless of whether you believe in them or not, whether you understand their principle of operation or not. A friend of mine who practices visualization once told me: “Why do I need to understand how the laws of visualization work? Here, for example, mobile phone. I still don’t understand how you can contact a person on the other side of the globe in a matter of seconds. But that doesn’t stop me from using it.”
Visualization is a powerful force, and if you learn to use it correctly, the results will follow. Your life will begin to change rapidly, and the most important thing is that you will notice these changes, be surprised by them, but at the same time be happy that everything is working out, everything is working.
You can learn more about visualization and the power of thought in the movie “The Secret” or by reading Rhonda Byrne’s book “The Secret.”

Positive thinking is the second step in making your dreams come true

Positive thinking is no less important than visualization and dreams. Remember that in order to change the world, you must change yourself. And you need to change yourself from the inside, from your thoughts, feelings, desires.
And again, it really works. Try to be less angry, smile more and forgive insults. This will make life much easier, and problems will begin to bypass you. No problem, you have more time to realize your plans and desires.

Be grateful for what you have

Gratitude is the greatest emotion that will help you make your dreams come true. Every day is new opportunities, new knowledge, new acquaintances and one more step towards achieving your goals. Be grateful for everything that comes into your life. Remember that you need to thank sincerely, really wanting to say “thank you” for everything that happens.
Many may ask, “Who should I thank?” Here it is as you wish. God, fate, cosmic laws of love and justice, there is no difference. The main thing is to do this with an open soul and good intentions.
Steve Jobs once said that the moment you stop complaining about life, about all the failures, and start thanking fate for every opportunity given, then everything will begin to change dramatically. New people will come into your life, you will receive interesting offers, and every day will bring you closer and closer to realizing your dreams.
Visualization, positive thinking and gratitude are the three spiritual foundations that will help make your dream come true. Next, we will look at the more practical basics, those basic steps that you should follow every day.

1. A list of planned things to do - this is what you should definitely make. There is no need to put anything off “until tomorrow”, “later” or “next time”. Right now, take a pen and paper... yes, stop reading and get everything ready to write down. Now there will be a short instruction, by spending no more than 30 minutes on it, you will take a huge step towards realizing your dream.

Now, on a piece of paper, write down a list of all the things that need to be completed. You can choose any period, you can make such a plan every day, or you can schedule it for a week or a month.
Now take a break for a couple of minutes, look out the window, go out onto the balcony and breathe fresh air. When you go back, look at the list again, determine what the difficulties may be in accomplishing a certain task, and think about their solution.

2. Let's move on to the second stage. Now from all the written things you need to cross out what is not needed. I am sure that you have written all the most important things, but review it again, perhaps something is secondary and it is better to concentrate on more important tasks.

3. Always remember the two-minute rule. There is something like this in time management good rule– if a task can be completed in 2-5 minutes, then do not put it off until later, complete it and cross it off the list.
Let's say you want to learn English, and one of the points is to find textbooks, audio courses, and download several films in English. All this is done quickly. Do it and move on to the next one. Thus, in an hour you can easily complete up to 20 tasks.

4. Do you know that the French eat frogs? So, you, too, will have to become French and “eat the frog.” Highlight the most unwanted tasks on your list in green, those that you are a little too lazy to complete. Such tasks in time management are called frogs. They are best done in the morning, when the mood is high and the desire to work is great. Do it, cross it off, and spend the rest of your day doing more enjoyable things.

5. Know how to divide the “elephant”. An elephant is a name for big things that can be divided into many small ones. Remember the phrase “Divide and conquer”? So, we will also use this principle, only in our own way. Divide and execute.

6. Praise yourself for every completed goal. Yes, yes, you understood everything correctly, you need to be able to reward, thank and praise yourself. Personally, when I set a task for myself, I also set praise. For example, having completed the plan for the day, in the evening I’ll go drink fresh juice or eat a delicious salad.

7. Summing up is the most important and motivating stage on the path to realizing your dreams. Make it a rule that once a week or once a month (as you wish, the deadline is not important) to look through the list of tasks, sum up the results, and determine tasks for the future. Over time, you will notice that many things have been completed, the most unpleasant “frogs” have been eaten, and nothing remains of the huge elephants. Praise yourself for the journey you've made, thank God (or whatever you define) for helping you complete all your tasks, add new tasks to the list, and take another confident step towards realizing your dreams.

Over one year old

Few of us can boast that their childhood dreams have come true. This is because with age we become overly critical and forbid ourselves to think about the impossible. SHAPE explains how to learn to realize your dreams.

Dreaming is healthy and very important. If we don't dream, we are marking time. After all, dreams are an impulse, a call to action, a stimulus for development. But provided that they are yours, and not your parents, boyfriend or best friend. The main thing that prevents us from dreaming is that we are too concerned with the opinions of others, instead of concentrating on own desires. Lack of faith in one's own strength or hope for luck makes a person helpless. So, successful people more than 70% of their free time thinks about the future, but losers, on the contrary, remember past events 90% of the time.

Action plan

More often than not, we focus on what we don't have or what we don't want, instead of focusing our energy on what we want. Think positively!

Fantasize

In order for a dream to come true, it must be imagined - not abstractly, but in the smallest detail. Professional athletes master this technique like no one else. “A dream is a product of our imagination. And it - main tool consciousness. It is with the help of imagination that consciousness builds a picture of a better future,” says Russian Tennis Federation psychologist ANNA SAMOKHINA. Our brain, like a computer, works with the data we give it. If you consider yourself not the smartest, the most beautiful and the most athletic, then the result will be appropriate. Without seeing the goal of the path, you will not be able to choose the right direction. Johannesburg-based clinical psychologist NEIL SO advises learning to think differently. "Try using right hemisphere brain responsible for imagination. And only him. For example, when you imagine that you live in a luxurious house by the sea (right hemisphere), your logic ( left hemisphere) immediately objects: “It costs hellish millions!”

Action plan. At this moment, you need to drown out the voice of reason and allow your imagination to develop on its own. Once you have imagined your dream in all its details, you can use logic again. Now let her decide how to achieve all this.

Exercise

Imagination can be developed with the help of the most simple exercises: - together with your younger brother, sister or your own child, draw, sculpt, dance, write fairy tales - in a word, do whatever you want; - do everything that gives you truly childish delight (or try to feel how it could be); - turn to your inner “child”. American psychoanalyst ERIC BYRNE created the theory of three ego states, according to which a “child”, “parent” and “adult” live in each of us. “Child” is your creativity. Periodically allow him to freely express his favorite “I want!”, without thinking that it is “not allowed”, “at the wrong time” or “expensive”.

WHAT CAN HINDER YOUR DREAMS FROM REALIZING?

  • Other people's dreams (imposed by relatives or society). If “processing” occurs from childhood, then a person may not even realize that these dreams are someone else’s, and take them for his own. For example, a mother wanted her daughter to become a pianist, and she really became one, but in this way it was not her dream that came true, but her mother’s.
  • Various types of losses, such as illness or death of someone significant.
  • A bad experience can discourage you from striving for anything (if something doesn’t work out many times, apathy sets in - and it seems like you didn’t really want to).
  • Destructive parental attitudes: “this is unrealistic”, “you won’t succeed” - all this can significantly interfere with our desires and dreams!

CONVINCE YOURSELF

There is nothing more correct than positive thinking. Stand in front of the mirror and remind yourself that you were born a winner. After all, this is what you thought as a child, and this is why every dream seemed achievable. Athletes often benefit from triggers—victory cries that set them up for success (think “Fort Boyard”). Triggers can be unusual, funny and even naive! “They return the athlete to a state of confidence and mobilization when he is excited and anxious,” says Master of Sports in Athletics OLGA SENATOROVA. “Getting used to favorable images forms the will to win through the mechanism of associative connection.” Effective methods Gestalt therapy also offers work with dreams: imagine the dream in all its details and always in the present tense. Then say it out loud, or better yet, write it down on paper to compare the results in the future.

Action plan. Be attentive to the feelings that this or that fact evokes in you during visualization. For example, “I was made the head of a department: I’m surprised and happy at the same time, I’m planning to buy a car, I really want to send SMS to my friends.” If your dream involves someone else, it can be helpful to speak or write it out on behalf of everyone involved.

“Try to fulfill even your small desires, because a fulfilled desire improves your mood and gives additional energy, joy of life...” - Paulo Coelho.

REDUCE RISKS

Very often our fears prevent us from achieving our dreams. Psychologists distinguish between moving forward based on the fear of looking unworthy and making a mistake, and from the desire for success. Only the latter leads to achieving your dreams. “Any development is impossible without overcoming difficulties,” Anna Samokhina is sure. “It is these “bumps on the road” that spur us on, forcing us to go even harder towards what we want!” Very often we put off achieving our dreams until better times, when we lose weight, find interesting work or ideal man... Neil Tuck warns: with this approach, this time may never come.

Action plan. Move towards your goal in small but clear steps. Imagine the worst thing that can happen at each stage. And calm down - most things are reversible!

NE FEAR SUCCESS

“The winner is always the one who prepared best,” says Olga Senatorova. - For example, I studied more carefully the strengths and weaknesses opponent, calculated everything better possible options upcoming struggle. But I note that the winner is also a person with nerves of steel who knows how to implement the plan! Calmly working according to the schedule, as if in training, he will not allow himself to relax for a second, stumble, he will give everything that he is truly capable of - and make his dream come true!” However, we should not forget that a victory must be followed by a new victory, and an achieved dream must be followed by another dream, which also requires implementation. Otherwise, you will have to experience all the horror of what psychologists call goal achievement syndrome... When what you have dreamed about for so long comes true, an emptiness forms in your soul. At this moment, a crisis or even depression may well begin.

Action plan. Unfortunately, the mechanism of our motivation is such that if there is no tasty morsel ahead, it means there is nothing to strive for, life is not interesting. Therefore, it is better when dreams are large-scale, involving the implementation of several stages.

Approach every task as if the possibilities are unlimited. This should become a habit.

DREAM THE IMPOSSIBLE

It is also very important to maintain a balance between dreams and reality. Sometimes a person is completely immersed in dreams and... The perception of reality is distorted: he begins to perceive the world around us through the prism of your own fantasies. A striking example- the state of being in love: a lover always sees not real person, but projections that he himself “directs” to the object of his dreams. “You may be surprised, but there are dreams that should not become reality,” says Anna Samokhina, “and this is their main advantage. Because it is thanks to our dreams that we have certain qualities, such as determination and perseverance, and can endlessly experience a whole range of things we need. bright emotions" Not every dream can be achieved, and our life is not always like a wonderful dream, but our self-confidence can turn every day into a holiday.

7 RULES FOR SUCCESSFUL REALIZATION OF YOUR DREAM

  1. Learn to separate your own desires from the goals that others persistently dictate to you.
  2. Understand the concepts of “dream” and “goal”, so that there is no confusion. A goal is certain steps that help you get closer to your dream. A dream is something desired that cannot be achieved quickly.
  3. Set your priorities. It is important to feel what exactly you want, even if it takes a long time.
  4. Compete with yourself for success. A little competition is always good. The main thing is not to compete with others, otherwise the realization of your dream can easily fade into the background.
  5. Find your resource state. Pay attention to what pleases you most: moments, places where you truly feel good. Try to mentally linger on pleasant moments, as if photographing them (the most important thing is to create and remember the image in detail). And if the path to your dream is suddenly blocked by stress, fear or depression, close your eyes and for a few minutes “return” to those moments where you felt so good.
  6. Control your body Avoid overexertion. Even in stressful situations, try to keep your breathing even and moderately deep. This way you can regain your strength faster.
  7. Take up auto training. When you say “I can’t,” think about whether it really is so. And replace it with “I can.” This is how you turn on the programming mechanism for success. When you set your psyche to be positive, your body triggers biochemical processes that usually occur when you are happy.

Do you dream of getting Nobel Prize, fly into space or buy a house on the islands? Thought is material, you just need to want it very much, esotericists believe. According to rationalists, in order for dreams to come true, it is necessary to act. Combining various techniques for achieving what you want, we offer an algorithm for realizing your dreams in 12 steps.

1. Be clear about what you want.

You need to understand what you really want. Perhaps, while dreaming of a sports car, deep down you just want to please women. Desires should come from you, and not be imposed by parents or advertising. Think about what you will do if tomorrow you win a million dollars in the lottery or find out that you have six months to live? What would you wish for a genie if you had just one wish? Answer quickly, in 1-2 minutes, and then your subconscious mind will highlight the main thing itself.

2. Write it down

Write down in detail all the characteristics and qualities that your dream should have. Thus, fantasies take on specific forms and become more real to your own subconscious, that is, the dream turns into. Writing a goal deepens your belief in your own capabilities and turns on the mechanism.

3. Find and neutralize the internal enemy

If you want to become a millionaire, but are afraid that wealth will not bring you happiness in personal life, then your dream is unlikely to come true, because you yourself are blocking it. Write down all the doubts that come to you: “Why can’t I have a house in the Canaries (can’t be a TV presenter, etc.)?”, “I’m afraid that if I have my own business (get married, etc.), That…". Bring out hidden fears, find internal prohibitions. Analyze what stands in your way - guilt, fear of disappointment, self-pity, the desire to avoid responsibility.

4. Think positively. Cast aside your doubts

Once you find the negative beliefs that are blocking your dreams, transform them into positive ones. Use affirmative sentences when describing your future accomplishments. Repeat out loud or write down on paper: “I am talented and will write a book,” “My wife will support all my endeavors.” Think in a positive way: drop the “NOT” particle.

You must firmly believe that your dream will come true. Wait, don't hope. Doubts and anxiety take away the strength you need to overcome your own inertia and external obstacles. Absolute faith in the achievability of a goal, on the contrary, activates hidden abilities and inner potential. By thinking positively - I deserve this, I can do this, I will get this - you will set yourself up for success.

5. What's at the start?

Determine your starting position. If you dream of a prince on a white horse, take a sober look at yourself in the mirror. If you are thinking about your own business, evaluate your education, start-up capital, and research the market. Assess how your current situation matches what you are striving for. This will be the starting point.

6. What separates you and your dream?

If you are waiting, it's time to understand what you need to become a princess with whom a blue-blooded person can fall in love. Make a list of all the obstacles standing between you and your dream. They can be both external and internal. Honestly ask yourself: “What should I change in myself, what should I learn to achieve my dreams? What conditions are necessary for the materialization of desire?

7. Find helpers

Announce your plans loudly. Identify a circle of people who can help you or will be useful. Communicate with those who have already achieved what you dream of, or know how to do it.

8. Set deadlines

Set a deadline for achieving the goal. Thus, you program its achievement in your mind and turn on the mechanism of intensifying efforts. If your dream does not meet the deadline, install a new one - it means that you simply made an overly optimistic forecast. It is more realistic to earn a million dollars in 10 years than in 1 month. It is useful to break a long-term goal into several short-term subgoals.

9. Make a plan

Now that you have completed all the previous steps, you have a clear idea of what you want, what obstacles you have to overcome and who can help you. Now you need to compose detailed plan achieving the goal. Write down a list of all your activities in order of priority and chronology.

10. "Back to the Future"

Many new wave psychologists and esotericists talk about the creative power of visualization. Now that you know what characteristics the desired thing should have (money, relationships, qualities, position, etc.), imagine that it is already in your life. Imagine in the most detailed details decorate your dream home, right down to the upholstery of the sofa and the bathroom rug, walk through the rooms. Imagine communicating with your loved one, how you prepare dinner together or talk until the morning.

Play your imaginary “movie” over and over again. In this way, you increase the power of your thinking and begin to attract the people, ideas and opportunities you need to achieve your goals. It’s as if you are attracting your dream.

11. Don't give up

Achieving big goals can take weeks, months, or years of hard work. Obstacles and difficulties will seem insurmountable. Don't even think about failure and don't give up. Every day, do something that brings you closer to your dream. Yours strong desire, a firm belief in the achievability of the goal, as well as perseverance and perseverance will definitely lead to success.

12. Learn to be happy with what you have

And finally, the magic secret. Your dream will come true if you can do just fine without the desired object. Let your dream go free, don’t make it the only meaning of life, and be grateful for what fate has already rewarded you with. Enjoy the process of turning your dreams into reality, because this is life.

How to understand where dreams and desires ours, and where are the dreams and desires of our family, friends and people around us? How to draw this line and separate our true from the superficial and inspired from the outside? And is it even possible to do this?

Until we learn to understand ourselves, accept our desires and realize our goals and dreams, and not the desires and dreams of other people, often implanted in us from childhood, we ourselves will suffer from the unfulfillment of our needs and, with our dissatisfaction and disappointment, bring suffering to people close to us.

Allow yourself to be yourself, acknowledge your desires, and not the desires of even your loved one.

Allow yourself to live your life, give your soul a chance to spread its wings and fly, fly with the joy of self-realization, fly on the wings of satisfaction and contentment with yourself and what you do in your life.

Allow yourself to realize your own, YOUR dreams and needs.

Start developing your aspirations and talents, not other people's aspirations.

How to do this? Remember what you dreamed of as a child? What did you want most? After all, it happens that only later, in adult life, our childhood dreams are trying to break through and remind us of ourselves through our fears and doubts that we can, we will be able to, we will cope with everything. They periodically no, no, and remind us of themselves.

The main thing is to listen to yourself. Listen to your most subtle, barely audible needs.

Have courage and start living your life. Live to the fullest, live your true, sometimes hidden under feelings of guilt and self-doubt, desires.

Understand, what do you really want?

What do you really love? What do you really like, how would you really like to live and why are you living differently now?

Why are you communicating with these people? Why do you drink coffee or tea? Do you really like these drinks? Or maybe you prefer juice or just water? And you just don’t have the courage to say “I don’t like coffee”? Or have you just not thought about it?

Why do you dress in this style? Do you like your clothes? Is this a style that reflects your personality, or something inspired by an advertisement?

Why do you watch TV, read newspapers and magazines, why do you relax there and not somewhere else? Are you doing all this because you want it, or because someone once upon a time said that “This is the way to live”?

The main thing is to take the first step, then it will not be so scary, and then the process itself will captivate you and even despite mistakes and bruises, you will no longer be able, and you will not want to, turn away from the path of realizing your desires.

And here, gain confidence, have patience and inner strength, because it often happens that people around you, for some reason, will begin to criticize and dissuade you from further progress towards your dream.

These reasons may be different, but the essence remains the same - not everyone in your environment can support you and say: “Come on, go ahead! Try it, dare, you will definitely succeed. And if you don’t even succeed, or you actually stop liking your dream during the process of realizing it, then you will simply be calm. You will be able to tell yourself that you were not afraid and tried and for some reason did not want to move on. And if you never dare, if you never take a step towards your dream and your desires, you will never be able to understand whether it is yours or not!”

If there are people who support you in any endeavor, that’s great! This is one of the most important factors for you to successfully begin to move and realize your needs.

But even if there is no one to support you now, find such support within yourself. After all, the most important person in your life is, first and foremost, yourself. You spend the most time with yourself. And only you yourself can change your life, gain courage and take the first step. And in order to take this step and take all subsequent steps towards realizing your goal, become for yourself someone who will instill confidence and energy in you every day. Every day, find time to be alone with yourself, go to the mirror and say, looking into your eyes:

- Well done! You are already doing well for starting to think about your life and listen to the needs of your soul.

Well done for taking the first step, starting to collect the necessary information, and taking a more detailed interest in what you want to see in your life.

You are great for deciding to change yourself and your life, to bring into it happiness and satisfaction from the realization of your desire.

You are great in that you began not only to sit and dream, but also began to act, began to make some efforts and take steps towards your goal. And even if now you often stumble, even if now you are walking by touch and still don’t really see your path, but all this is not important. The main thing is that you go! The main thing is that you think and act in accordance with your own, and not other people’s, needs and desires.

And I'm proud of you. I'm proud that you finally plucked up the courage to ask yourself what you want, and not other people. And I’m proud that even through fear and doubt you try, you stumble, sometimes you fall, but then you get up again, rubbing the bruised area - and again you go towards your dream.

You will succeed. You hear me, you will definitely succeed, just have patience and self-confidence. Sooner or later, doing the same action, you will begin to do it better and better each time. Then you will begin to master the second, third, fourth, and time will pass before you even notice that your dream has become a reality, it has spread its wings, and these wings are becoming stronger and more powerful every day, and now you are already soaring on them through life. Now you are already enjoying your existence, radiating happiness and self-satisfaction and thereby instilling faith in other people.

Go ahead, act, you will succeed!

If you still have questions, you can get advice from the author of the article and books, A. Guy. Terms

How to realize your dream, fulfill your desire? Some people send prayer requests to heavenly powers, others rely only on themselves and their minds. What is the power of thought in fulfilling desires? Do desires come true? own efforts? It turns out that this is quite real - many people have learned to manage their thoughts and achieve goals through their own efforts. Let's consider the issue in detail.

What is human thought? Physicists say that this is a flow of energy. This is a flow of energy with which you can materialize any desire. You just need to do it right! How can thought materialize events or phenomena? Because thought influences matter—that’s what quantum physics says. There is no need to take anything for granted: physicists have conducted numerous experiments to make such a statement.

So, thought has an impact on matter. This means that we have the power to create circumstances and even materialize objects. No, not the way magicians and illusionists do it! You just need to be able to think correctly, and the main thing is to cast doubts away. Because doubts are also thoughts. It turns out that we cross out other thoughts with some thoughts - nothing will work out like that! If you have started materialization, continue until the end, and do not question your own efforts.

Three types of desires

For a desire to take on a material form, you must first invent it, and then believe in what you have imagined. This is the main mechanism of action. But surprises await us here:

  • the desire must be realistic;
  • desire should not be aimed at destruction;
  • desire should not harm other people.

What does a realistic desire mean, what is it like? Let's say you wanted to become the ruler of the world. This is an unrealistic desire, so it is not wise to spend effort on it - it will not come true anyway. What other unrealistic desires are there? Become Miss Universe, for example. Or become the main banker of the world economy.

What does destructive desire mean? This is a desire that can destroy you. For example, the desire to buy an expensive foreign car and drive on the highway at a speed of up to 300 km/h. Believe me, such a wish will never come true, especially if you do not have huge amounts of money. Those who have large sums of money will never make such a wish - to drive along the highways at great speed.

How can your desire harm others? Very simple. For example, someone desperately wants to become a rich person, day and night he dreams of large amounts money. He asks the universe to fulfill his desire - in response there is silence. Then he tries to achieve the realization of his dream through his own efforts - and his relatives unexpectedly die. The wish is fulfilled - he is the heir to all the property. Now you can sell your apartments and live happily ever after. Do you want this kind of wish fulfillment? Therefore, wish correctly.

So, you have figured out the type of desire. Now we need to check its truth. What is it? Esotericists claim that desires are true and false. True desires are those that we really need. Desires imposed from outside are considered false. For example, a neighbor bought an expensive foreign car - and I need it too! This is a false desire. Until your neighbor bought a foreign car, you didn’t have such a desire.

How to check if desires are true? This can be done in two ways:

  1. imagine that you could realize the very last desire in your life - how does this fit with your current aspirations;
  2. imagine what will happen after the desire is realized - will you feel happiness.

In this way, you can check all your desires for truth. Sometimes we want what we don't need at all. And some desires can turn our lives upside down. Therefore, be prudent, because wishes come true! The sage Confucius warned about this - he warned people.

Materialization of desires

Now we come to the moment of implementation. What should I do? First, you need to realize that what you plan will come true. That is, believe in it and not doubt in your heart. Secondly, you need to imagine fulfilled wish in images. Why is this necessary? This is necessary in order for what is seen with the inner eye to be embodied. The designer also first sees the model of the building with his inner eye, and then creates a drawing and layout. And we are the designers of our lives.

Let's say you need a car. Imagine it in its entirety - brand, color. It’s easier with cars - you can buy a model and look at it. The same goes for a house or apartment - imagine and draw what you need. The more details you take into account, the better: because wishes literally come true! If you do not take into account some points, then do not be annoyed by their absence.

The next step is to imagine that you already own it. How will this make you feel? Enter the role of the owner of a car, house or apartment. Act as if you actually already got everything. This is very important. Why is this important? Because what you came up with has already appeared on subtle plans as existing: a house, an apartment, a car appeared. You have created an astral layout, but with your doubts you can easily destroy it!

1. Draw a circle on a piece of whatman paper.
2. In the center of the circle, draw (or glue a picture) what you want to materialize.
3. Every day before going to bed and after waking up, look at the picture and include the sensations of the owner of what you want.

How can this be enabled? Just imagine that you already have this item. How much time do you spend in these sensations? Five minutes is enough, but longer is possible. If during the day you notice that suspicions and doubts have crept in, drive them away. Doubts ruin all your efforts!

How long will it take for the plans to materialize? Sometimes a desire can come true quickly, but sometimes you have to wait. What is this connected with? This is due to the characteristics of your desire. For example, if you wish to work abroad, then a rearrangement of events is necessary for implementation. When this rearrangement comes true, your desire will come true.

In fact, there is nothing complicated in realizing desires, you just need to understand the mechanism of receiving. There is one more point - the silence factor. Do not discuss the realization of your desire with other people: all the energy of embodiment will go into conversations. Just keep quiet and that's it.

And one last thing. If your dream is related to buying an expensive item, do not spend the money you receive left and right. This money should be saved for realizing your dreams, and not for momentary desires.
